Their pudding is really good! I like how they greet you if it's your first time. I tried their two signature items- the banana caramel crunch and the caramel Oreo toffee. Both had a nice consistency, but a bit sweet for me. I think you can also customize your puddings with other toppings, so I'll have to do that next time!
The puddings were delicious and for that reason I wish the portion was bigger- it is perfect for one person but I shared (my bad!)... the place is cute and had a nice little seating area inside and plenty of great outdoor seating that is all pet friendly. The guys working there are super friendly- they didn't have the flavor my son wanted so they recommended one that was similar and added salted caramel at no extra charge. They see folks off by saying "see you tomorrow" and based on the taste I would totally do it if I could afford the calories everyday LOL! But we will be back soon enough I'm sure.
I saw a booth at Dos Lagos market night and could resist getting the original banana pudding. Banana pudding sounds like a simple dessert to make but it definitely takes something special to be memorable. I am so glad I stopped and got a jar. It was so delicious! The guys working the booth were friendly, and told me about their banana bourbon pudding they do around Father's Day. I will definitely follow them to see where I can get a jar or two again.

Tucked away in the corner of a little shopping center, a few doors from Sharon's Creole Kitchen..is the Famous Pudn... Pudn eats - A+ (delicious, wide variety, unique and did I mention incredibly TASTY!) The Shop - A+ New, Clean, Cool Decor Staff - A+ Friendly, Professional, explained Pudn, and the wide of options offered... Total = A+ I love supporting family owned small businesses.... Believe me, you won't stop at eating just one of Pudn's treats, you'll get some "to go" also, like we did.. Highly Recommend!
I was so excited to finally try this place. I heard all about them when they came down to foodieland in San Diego but was bummed to see they were all the way in murrieta. Well luckily I just so happen to be in that area and was finally able to try it! First of all, my husband absolutely hates pudding and creamy desserts in general. He has non stopped raved about this place and finished his pudn in a minute. He got the chocolate orea pudding and I got a caramel banana pudding. Both were absolutely amazing and so worth going out of our way to get. The ambiance of this place is welcoming and the staff are super inviting and friendly as well. My only complaint would be that they're closed Mon-Wed and are closed at 7p every other day. If I'm in the area it's usually at night so it's never open when I want it unfortunately.
Whooo Weee!!! This is what you will smile with each time you walk in this place. What a brilliant idea! Nostalgic, healthy 5 ingredients and plenty of flavors to devour. Children get a free banana of their choice each trip too! Staff were very kind and social reminded me of being back in the south with that southern hospitality. I ordered the classic banana pudn, monster pudn, and red velvet pudn. You can taste all The magnificent flavors in each bite. Each one cost about $26 for the 3 pack. There was definitely a mmmm mmmmm in each one of my spoon fools of delightfulness! Loved the personal touch with the family story. This is a yes every time to stop in for that sweet treat and sweet memories

While there are things that we at "Henry's Take" recommend that you experience for yourself, this is a "must do" if you find yourself in the Temecula, California area. The wonderful visual presentation of their desserts is unexplainably surpassed only by its flavors and your sweet tooth satisfaction is assured. @ct_miller19 likes to use the phrase "food coma" after a great meal has temporarily suspended his connection with the world around him and I could relate after my "Salted Caramel Brownie" launched me into a "PUDN coma." Their ingredients are Gluten Free (and KSA Kosher Certified) and their menu rotates weekly, so be sure to keep coming back to stay up to date on their latest offerings. This is a locally owned family business with a great story worth reading about (www.famouspudn.com)! @famouspudn is rumored to be open to expanding to additional locations, so let's stand together San Diego peeps so that we can lure this wonderful family to add a location in our neck of the woods! This review is from mid May. We were really excited to try this place. It wasn't too big, but it had a homey atmosphere. It opened recently and we've been craving some delicious banana pudding like my neighbor makes it! There was a long line, but it moved quickly. The worker who takes your order rings a bell and gives a special shout out when it's your first time stopping by. We ordered the OG, peach cobbler and carrot cake. The reason they received 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because I specifically asked the young man who packed my items if he was sure everything I ordered was in the carrying case and he hesitantly said sure. That made me unfortunately doubt him, so we walked outside and I checked inside my carrying case and to my dismay everything I ordered was not inside. That was why I specifically asked him before I walked away. I walked back inside and went straight to the counter I had just left to let the young man know all of my order was not inside. He obviously recognized me and corrected his mistake as quick as he could. His peers started reminding each other to take their time when packing orders. My family is full of entrepreneurs and we know that it takes humility to double check orders so patrons get what they paid for every time they walk in the door. This ensures they'll come back, but more importantly, they'll tell their friends.
I love this place! I just stopped in today 6/20/24 and I fell in love with the guys working there! The first guy as we were walking in joked with us that they were sold out! Then when you walk in you get the warmest welcome! Forget the pudding, we wanted to stay and just hangout with them!!! Best pudding EVER! Literally. 10/10 recommend! Friendliest staff out there!
Really yummy puddin! After seeing this from other Yelpers my family gave it a try on Mothers Day. It was packed but the line went fairly quick, their employees were really nice and did a cool "Welcome 1st timer noise" We ordered 2-Bday cake, 1-original Banana Puddin and 1-Strawberry Cheesecake. They come in cute little 8oz. containers. They were all really good. Recommend if you're looking for something sweet that's different. The portions can be shared or eaten solo. *we ordered and paid for 4, only received 3. Popped back in & let the cashier who rung us up know and he adjusted it and provided me the 4th one
I'll start off with....it's good. This place isn't for me. Maybe I'm biased but my daughter makes a fantastic banana pudding. I do recommended you trying this place. I tried the following: Banana pudding - slightly to sweet for me. Super creamy. 4/5 stars Peach cobbler - was good and the flavors are explosive almost a little overpowering for my palette 3.5/5 stars Red velvet - was kinda plain to me. 3/5 stars Overall it's a good place to get a sweet snack. I'm sure I may go back and try some other flavors but I can't say when that will be.

Tried "Famous Pudn" at Foodieland, Pasadena. I ordered the original famous pudding. It was watery. The consistency was very runny. The pudding needed to be thickened up. It was not even cold? My pudding was given to me at room temp. Flavor was just ok. Nothing special. Presentation was the only thing good. The banana pudding I make at home taste way better! This was very blah. read more

I've been wanting to try this place for a while since I saw them at a local night market, does not disappoint at all Super cozy ambiance and where nice customer service, they do a cute little welcome greeting and some whipped cream for free if you eat in-store for first-timers We were coincidentally interested in the top 3 best sellers so getting the 3 pack trifecta is the best option, you get 1 from each category: classics, signatures, and specials my favorite was the classic banna pudding bc of the nilla wafers!! all of them were pretty sweet and a little on the runnier side, I prefer a thicker pudding but the flavors were great read more

This place sits at the corner of a nice plaza. The interior has a great vibe. There were two men at the front. We walked in and they looked at us without any greeting...there was only one customer aside from us. So, I already didn't feel welcome which is why I took out one star. We stayed and ordered...and they were nice enough. We ordered the Original banana, birthday cake, and strawberry cheesecake. The birthday cake was really sweet but the strawberry cheesecake and original banana pudding were really good. read more
We have never visited here before and we happened to be in the area, so we stopped in. Great atmosphere and great attitudes all around from everyone in here, really made you feel at home and welcomed. Chatted with the owner for a few minutes, stand up guy and we really enjoyed these pud'n cups. A little pricey, but I feel like it was 100% worth the price, the biscoff cookie pud'n was delicious! We decided to get a few for our daughter's birthday in lieu of her traditional ice cream cake and no regrets, will be back soon to try other flavors...it is the perfect treat to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth. read more

We drove out to this location to see what all the fuss was about. It was definitely worth the trip! The pudding was delicious. Everyone ins is de was very friendly. We got there a little late so they were out of some flavors. I will be making a trip back to try the flavors I missed. read more

We have been aching to come here for a while and we finally came by. Family owned pudding place. They have a family picture up on the wall so you can see the people you are supporting by giving your business here. Super sweet. We were greeted by two very nice men working behind the counter who were very helpful and nice. We got a classic banana pudding & a blue velvet. They are around $8 per one pudding and they come in a small reusable glass mason jar which I thought was cute. I do understand people feel conflicted on the price of it compared to the portion of pudn but you are supporting a local family owned business and you get a reusable jar out of it which I believe you can bring back and after so many you get a free pudn. As far as the flavor of the Pudn goes... it was absolutely delicious. It really does live up to the homemade taste. I have no complaints. Blue velvet was delicious as well. You really can't go wrong. They let you pick a banana to put in your pudn too. This place is a win win. Just an FYI the pudn tastes amazing the next day too ha! We will be returning! The staff was super friendly. They asked if it was our first time, they explained everything was made from scratch. I highly suggest the original but we got a 6 pack to try various flavors. Mine would be the original banana pudding with nilla wafers. There was another one with some crunchy bites but can't remember the name. All 6 were delicious though. Very filling and satisfying. I'm glad they're making pudding relevant because it seems now a days the younger generation don't seem like or haven't tried pudding. It seems like it was my parents era then faded with mine and kids now don't know or haven't tried it. They also have a program that lets you return three glass jars and get a discount. I'm not sure what the count is or how it works because they were out of the card that explains everything. I'm just a visitor to the area on vacation. read more
Famous Pudn received 2022 best small business for Murrieta. I'm gonna be honest, I'm not a big banana pudding kind of fan. Is it my favorite dessert, no but I was in the area and couldn't help but notice the line forming out the door. I ordered the peach cobbler and apple pie Pud'n. I ate the peach cobbler one there and took the Apple Pie one to go. When you eat it there they "build it up" with the whip cream and fixings on top. When you take it to go it's in a sealed little 8oz jar. I enjoyed the peach cobbler one. Peach flavor was present. The cobbler part was a little mushy for me but I'm a texture person hence why I'm not a big pudding person. Overall I can see why they had Aline out the door. The customer service was great and they will ring the Bell and greet you with their special greet if it's your 1st time. I thought that was cute. It's not a big place inside and I think they could organize the line a little better. They have signs where to pick up your order, but you actually pick it up at the register where you pay. It gets a little crowded inside. They only have a few spots to sit inside but plenty of seating outside. read more

First let me say no disrespect to my momma but Famous Pudn has you beat sorry moms. Okay so Pudn is hands down my favorite dessert spot! I just happened to come across them because of Grazing Theory so I have to thank them first and foremost!!!! The first flavor I had was the OG banana which will always be a favorite of mine. Then I saw they have other amazing flavors like Red Velvet, Peach Cobbler, and Sweet Potato just to name a few. So a fellow Yelper that shall remain nameless told me she wasn't impressed with the pudding. I was like huh???????? I told her she was probably used to eating banana pudding with all that junk in the ingredients that you can't pronounce. This pudding here is top of the line and I can pronounce ALL of the ingredients! Time for a list of things that I love about Pudn. 1. Family owned and local. 2. Excellent pudding and not just the OG banana. 3. Great customer service and not just from the owner. 4. The hours of operation yes they close late. 5. They usually have new flavors every so often. I'm so happy for Pudn and wish them nothing but the best!!! read more

Stumbled across this place after my friends and I enjoyed a meal next door. I told my friends I was just going to check out this place, and minutes later, I come out with this oh so adorable and super delicious famous PUDN! It was so rich and creamy, sleek and smooth, with fresh bananas and Nilla wafers. Being so full from lunch, I managed to make some room for a few bites of this delectable treat! I appreciate the variety of other PUDN's with additional flavors and toppings, but for banana pudding I like to keep it simple. Their mission is "PUDN smiles on people's faces", and it sure brought lots of SMILES to my face! If you are in the area, pick up one or two because I regretted buying just one! This family owned business offers homemade Banana pudding as their specialty but they also have specialty flavors including cookie toffee, peach cobbler and many more. The signature Banana Pudn with crisp Vanilla Wafers and fresh bananas is scrape the inside of the jar good! The service is outstanding with a enthusiastic greeting to every guest that walks through the door. Eco minded, they offer a free pudding punch card for returning the classic glass dessert jars. Been waiting patiently for this cute lil dessert shop to open. Thank you fellow Yelper Vincent C. for telling me about this delicious pudding a while ago!! I'm stoked that they now have their own brick and mortar to share with locals in the area, as well as visitors from out of town! You know me, I'm all about supporting small businesses so here I am on Grand Opening Day!! Looooove that they are a family owned business and all their goodies are super yummers! Today I got their Pudn Blue Velvet Cake and an order of their Gourmet Trifles Flight which comes with 3 trifle desserts for $10. 2 mango and one strawberry. They look so scrumptious I'll be editing my review later when I finally dig into them! I've only ever tasted their signature banana pudn, and that was reeeeeeally good, so I can only imagine how good this blue velvet one will taste! Y'all know I'm a sucker for all things BLUE!! =) Mama Bear took my order today and she was delightful and so enthusiastic, I will definitely be back! There were quite a few people in there when I arrived shortly after 1pm, but they had everything neat and organized. They had live music, raffles going and even a little mobile bartender where I picked up a mango nectar drink with a tajin rim for freeeee!! They also had Grazing Theory on hand and I helped myself to a complimentary little charcuterie cone! So cute!! You gotta stop by and support these guys! Bonus: they're right next door to Sharon's Creole which I have yet to try. I was in a little bit of a time crunch so next time I'm hitting up Sharon's and then Famous Pudn for dessert!! You can get overwhelmed with the different puddings they have. This day we went on a late afternoon, they ran out of Peach Cobbler pudding. So we will have to try another time to come earlier or order ahead online. Banana Caramel Crunch is good. A nice dessert if you want to fulfill that sweet tooth. Check them out! read more

I'm not a pudding fan ..but when I moved to Murrieta I had this spot on my list! The service here is top notch- they are personable, lively, and fun to watch while they make your "pudn"... once I tried the birthday cake I was SOLD, this is the absolute best thing you'll ever have with pudding... they are not kidding when they say "see ya tomorrow" the only sad part...when they are closed ... pro tip order extra for your fridge .... The pudding at this store is simply divine! It strikes a perfect balance between sweetness and lightness, making every spoonful a delightful treat. LOL guess I was so excited fat fingers should be *Christmas* not Christina lol Couple weeks ago took my 3 recyclable jars only to get 3 more flavors to try well 2 and Ofcourse the OG Pudn. Somehow I need to sneak back over to recycle my other 3 to get 3 more Bonus when you bring back the recycle jars they stamp a card and you get one free after so many.. It's a win win guys!!! We saw a post on IG by The Temecula Valley Explorer and had to check this place out. Aside from the fresh, silky sweet, flavor packed pudding, the energy behind the Famous Pudn counter was amazing. As we approached the door we noticed the shop was packed and the line was just about out the door. They celebrate new customers with a ring of the bell and an "OOOWWWEEE...WELCOME!" We ordered a mixed 3 pack of The OG Banana Pudn, Banana Carmel Crunch & the Strawberry Cheesecake. My favorite was the Strawberry Cheesecake. I froze our leftovers and the next day it was even better.Eating it frozen was nice and had the consistency of a thick cheesecake. read more

Yal!! Why is this banana pudding so good?! I didn't think banana pudding could be any better until this beautiful business came into my life. I stumbled upon this place at the Foodieland event in Las Vegas. I tried the caramel Oreo toffee Pudn based on the owner's recommendation and omg! The flavors!!! You still get the classic banana pudding taste but with a twist. The owner is so friendly as well as the rest of the staff that work to makes these delicious concoctions. I will most definitely be making a trip to California in the near future and bringing some Pudn back with me. read more

Are the containers glass?..if so, do you get to keep it?...
They have both glass and plastic. The glass ones you can keep but they have a discount if you turn them back in.

I'm not sure. I don't think so but, I do know it contains deliciousness!
How long do these last in the fridge?
