Number 6 is called a natural color :) It took an hour for hair coloring and shampoo conditioner followed by drying, some cutting and styling. $80 based on length of hair plus paying additional for the tip. The salon now does NAILS! Kim does an amazing job - very talented and lots of styles and colors to choose from! She does manicures and pedicures and is helpful when I can't decide on what design or color to choose from. She has many years of experience and I won't go to anyone else. I made an appointment told them I needed to because my 13 year old daughter was coming home from therapeutic boarding school and I had to schedule appointments many in a short time. She wanted cut and color. Had a long discussion about what I thought she may like and price etc! Wanted a 10 am they said how about 11. I said great...,. Let me get this is my Scheld. They SAW me put it in calandar then o reconfirmed Thursday at 11! Thanked them profusely! Thursday I get there at 1040 (I respect their time and money). Informed by gal working oh we don't take appointments maybe it's the new girl but she doesn't start till 1. Maybe she'll be here at 11. 1110 no one comes. My autistic daughter escallates! (She has not had 1 escallation since she's been home). We leave. I have previously went there for my cut and color. Will not go again. They do not respect my time and my child. PLEASE WHAT THEY DID WAS NO WAY TO RUN ANY BUSINESS. There was no call made to find out where she was. It was just like a welp you loose attitude. Yes I want to cost them business. I came in with my daughter who was very excited to get bangs for the first time. She has thin hair and I showed the hair dresser and picture of EXACTLY what we wanted. My daughter asked me to sit down so I was not monitoring and should have been. This woman cut my daughters bangs to a length that covers HALF of her forehead. When confronted after the cut was done her excuse was "if I cut it longer it doesn't look good". The f do I care what you think looks good? I did not ask you. Overall pretty pissed about the experience. Daughter thinks she still looks pretty but she is very sensitive about her appearance. Hopefully she sticks to liking it since apparently the way she wanted it cut "wouldn't look good". Never again. read more

HORRIBLE!!! the guy butchered my hair! I've been letting my hair grow out for six months - I brought in a photo of Kris Jenner's SEMI short hair cut - in black and white to make it easier to see CLEARLY. What he gave me was the standard, COOKIE CUTTER, OLD-WOMAN'S MAN-CUT!!! Thanks A** H***!!! It looks absolutely hideous - the sides are whacked off and what's left of my hair - I look like an old fat pin head. I am so upset I could just bawl! For the last several weeks everyone has been complimenting me on my hair style - I told the kid, all I needed was a very small 'CLEAN UP' - as in take off the frayed ends. My hair already looked like the photo of Kris Jenner's hair for crying out loud. But it was slow and he took a long time... I just thought he was trying really hard to do a good job - NOT!!! When I walked out not only did he charge me for "styling" (he didn't even cut it according to the photo!!! let alone 'style it!') I foolishly tipped him because I hadn't seen how bad it was until I got home. The talentless person took 2/3rds of my hair out of my head because thinned the crap out of it and that after he cut 2/3ds off - it looks nothing like the picture - in fact it looks like his Asian spike. I will never go back to this place! They have no art talent, can not even see or understand a simple photo of full sides (mine are gone!), very full on the top and back and much longer V shape in the back. YOU CAN'T UNCUT HAIR A**H****!!! I blame myself for tipping the clueless, talentless man $3 for a $17 hair "style". I'm living on a tiny social security check and can't afford a truly Fancy Salon. Caveat: I went there today with drawings to communicate the difference in what he did Vs. what I asked for and illustrated - he just got mad at me and repeated over and over "I asked you if it was okay and you said yes" - no apology from him. Then I told them I wanted my money back including the tip - with a little fuss they did refund my full amount of $15+$3 tip. There were 2 customers ahead of me, plus the one in the chair, so I was able to observe the owner at work as the mirrors displayed all of her talent or lack of. Thao was quite the stylist very talented and it showed in her tremendous efficiency, engaging her customers for any insight and thoughts to the process. After 3 had finished, I allowed the women who'd just came in to go ahead of me, as I knew my would take longer, albeit I wanted her not to be rushed. Showed her a picture and she nailed it. Bamn! I used to cut my own hair because I don't trust the professionals. I went here a year ago on a whim and got the best shampoo of my life. Now I go every time I need a trim. I call ahead to make sure my lady Tammy is there. This is a simple place. Don't go for fancy atmosphere or overpriced hair products. MY PARENTS, My 3 siblings go here for a haircut. They have lost 6 customers for sure. Usually the owner cuts my hair and when I told the lady she was like stand up and started cutting my hair. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! She didn't COMB OR DRY MY HAIR PROPERLY. STARTED STRAIGHTENING WET HAIR. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS unless the owner herself cuts ur hair. This place is horrible. I have been going here for about three years because their was a barber who was great but she left. Ever since she has left all my hair cuts been disasters. I have tried all barbers left and none have been effective. They don't know what a fade is and leave hair uneven. The hair doesn't fade in as they don't go in with the razor. They will claim they know what your asking for and have no idea. Also, if you leave a tip under five dollars they look at you funny, when they don't even deserve a tip for the crap job they do.
