I decided to book with the hopes everything would work out. Well I've been to them now at least 4 times and the compliments on my lashes increased. I usually see Cindy. She takes the time to consult with you and to truly design your lashes. She really tailors them to what you want. The services are provided in a home studio. No waiting ever or competing services of others getting their nails done! They do not require pre-pay or a deposit when you book online. I am quite comfortable in their location. According to my Fitbit, I am taking some great lash naps there! I have had no issues with my lashes or eyes. No itching, no red eyes or eye infections. Bottom line-this is a great lash company that knows what they are doing. Oh and no memberships either! Just come here and get your lashes done. You will not regret it!

We've typically had a good business relationship, but the owner and I had a disagreement for the first time yesterday during a scheduled session which unnecessarily escalated. My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. I will have to get used to the switching of the lash techs, had one that started on me and since my eyes were closed, I didnt realize there had been a switcheroo, but I was assured that all techs do similar work so there was no need to worry. I have a lot of experience with lashes, and sometimes had a reaction. My pre-session research made me feel that it was going to be a big healing event and maybe even require me to be home for a week or so. NOPE! Tareylon is a pro, and after the numbing was put on for 20 minutes, it just felt like a little vibration. A teeny bit of a pinch as it wore off, but not bad at all. I didn't have to over communicate the look I was going for...she just talked to me, tuned in and NAILED IT. I am over the MOON! I love, love, love it and now, 5 hours later, hardly have any swelling or pain. I can't wait to go back for round 2 in 4 weeks. So glad I did this, and very glad it was with such a sweet and experienced person.

I was very nervous and wasn't sure what that was exactly (was hoping for the lash lift prize). Did lots of research, looked up many videos, and became familiar with the process and aftercare. When I walked in I was surprised to find the modest storefront with a beautifully decorated inside. The service room was clean and well-organized. The music was soothing and helped to put one at ease. The lip blushing process took about 2.5 hours 30 mins for numbing and about 2 hours for the actual blushing. I have a medium pain tolerance and I could barely feel anything till the very end when the numbing was wearing off and she was just about done. So I would say the pain was mostly at a 1-2 then shot up to about 3-4, or uncomfortable but bearable. I am very happy with the results and depending on how I feel, I might do it again or rather go to her for a lash lift or brows. She takes her time and does a thorough job. She is sweet and comforting and I am pleased to have this done by her. Thank you for the great giveaway and thank you for the perfect service!
