This place used to be my favorite nail salon but after my last experience, I don't think I'll be returning. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. The women who did my pedicure rushed through everything, ripping out a piece of nail that hurt badly and pinched me a few times while cutting my cuticles. The nail polish she used dried all clumpy and ugly. As for my gel manicure, it's only been 4 days and multiple nails are chipped. I don't do anything strenuous that would cause my nails to chip. The gel paint is also uneven and I have peeling skin on a few of my fingers which has never happened to me before. I don't like to make a scene so I just left but I'm done with this place. read more

I've been here three times. The first two were fine. The third time I went there was a problem. Hours after the pedicure when I got home I noticed my cuticle was bruised and red. I used Neosporin and the next morning the cuticles black. I was advised that I should call and tell the salon. When I called them to explain what happened they said "so...what do you want me to do". LIVID!!!! Then she said come in the salon at 2:30. I came in and she goes oh this is just dried blood. I'm told it's not because I've taken multiple showers it would have came off. She went back and forth with me trying not to take RESPONSIBILITY of cutting my cuticles too DEEP!! read more

Based on the good reviews on yelp and proximity to where my friend were already at, we decided to drop in for a mani/pedi on Good Friday around 3pm. It was pretty full but they welcomed us rather quickly. The location looked a little sketch, but the fact that there were many ladies inside put us to ease. We started with manis and showed a picture of what we wanted. It was a simple chevron with silver glitter and a pink line. The lines were messy and not uniform (see my pic). The base color also had some bubbles that looked unprofessional. They didn't time my friend and me together. My friend was always 5 min faster to the next step so we couldn't really chat during our stay. That was unfortunate and made it quite a boring experience. The pedi part was short lived. Sure there was a hot stone massage, but there was nothing else. The callous scrubbing was minimal, and the leg massage was nonexistent. At the time of checkout, I realized they only wanted $35 each. Wow! That's pretty cheap, though I guess there wasn't much to it. She also gave us a $5 coupon for next time and a little rewards card where you can earn free service after so many visits. I wouldn't come back since I didn't feel pampered at all. They also didn't offer drinks, which is pretty standard procedure. read more

The guy did nice toes but I asked the lady for pink and white powder for my nails in the beginning and she proceeded to use gel and tell me it's better when it's clearly not. I hate that they didn't use the line straightener thing so all the lines are crooked faded and the top of the nails are lumpy also they missed spots on the sides so I'm going to need them done in 1-2 weeks whenever I get pink and white powder it lasts over a month well worth the $ and the time and effort this was like getting a polished turd because I specially asked for something else and they wouldn't hear me what else am I supposed to do half way through getting them done except let them finish and get the F out.... read more

Love love this place! Moved down to the area about 5 years ago... tried a couple places in the area and wasn't impressed until I visited Tiffany's....and Tiffany's quickly became my go to place after my first visit. The little extras you get with their standard pedicure like the hot stones and paraffin wax was something that I never had before elsewhere without paying extra. Their gel Manicures are so great I can easily get 3-4 weeks out of each visit. Also another thing, HUGE variety of colors to chose from which makes things fun when you want something different. I usually just choose my gel color and one of the girls will go get you a color to match your toes for you which is super nice while I relax in the pedicure chair. I recently moved out of the area but continue to travel to Tiffany's for my gel manicure and pedicure because they consistently do a fantastic job. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Call ahead for available time slots because they get busy, but I've never had a problem with getting an an appointment because they always try so hard to fit you in somewhere which I love. read more

Updating my review because I have been going to Tiffany's now basically every two weeks since my original review. Super friendly and always accommodating. I recommend making an appointment or at least calling first though. It's a small place, so they can't always take walk-ins, though they do try to accommodate you. I do wish they had a few more gel polish selections, but that has grown since I first started going. I definitely recommend it! read more

Best pedicure I ever had!! Ever!! The staff is very friendly and the pedicure was amazing-for only $25.00 they did a hot stone massage on my legs, the regular exfoliating massage on my legs, hot towel and a wonderful and detailed massage on the bottom of my feet. Before they painted my toe nails they took a warm wax and placed it on the heels of my feet and tied plastic wrap over it, afterwards she took it off (which didn't hurt) and my heels feel softer then they have since I was probably a child. I thought this salon had a lot of charm. The small foot tub to soak my feet in had sliced up lemons and lemon peels which threw off this beautiful citrus scent and made my feet feel soooo fresh. Also, at the end of the massage while putting my feet under the dryers, the woman who did my feet came over and gave a small but amazing back massage focusing on my shoulders and lower back. I will never get my pedicures or manicures anywhere else. Best experience I ever had and what topped this amazing place was that when I headed out to pay the woman at the register she asked if I was a first time customer. I was so she gave me a five dollar gift certificate for my next time there and a points card. For my $25 pedicure I got $1.25 worth of points towards a future service. I highly recommend anyone to try Tiffany's out. :) I hope your just as happy as I was with my pedicure here. read more

Went for an end of summer mani/pedi- salon is very clean, staff is friendly, and my manicure and pedicure were the best I've ever gotten. Large selection of polish colors and I walked in at 9:30 on Tuesday morning and didn't have to wait. BUT I would suggest getting an appointment because it got crowded as I was there. Pedicure- lemon wedges in the foot bath with a better than average massage chair. My manicurist dropped a tool as she was working and got a new, sanitized one! One star deducted for a lack of the newest, trendiest colors. read more

I have just found my new favorite nail salon!! I told all of my friends and my sister about this place because I was so satisfied. I didn't leave the salon until I booked my next appointment. I got the manicure and pedicure special for $28. My manicure lasted 1.5 weeks before they started noticeably chipping, and my nails naturally chip excessively. My pedicure is so shiny that it still looks like they're drying. It was the best $28 (+ a nice tip because the staff was so friendly) that I've spent on my nails. I called at 5pm on a Saturday to book an appointment THAT DAY. The lady said they close at 6pm but they still took me and my friend for a mani and pedi each. We were there until 6:35pm. Basically what I'm saying is: super friendly staff, great price, quality is incomparable. read more

I walked in and they took me immediately. I needed my nails filled in and I wanted them cut a little and rounded more than the previous nail place had done ( even though I specifically asked for rounded nails at this other salon they did not do it!). It was so nice and relaxing, peaceful and professional! My nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them. Even though this place is about 25 minutes away from me, I will only go here from now on. I received a standard pedicure and gel manicure from Javier. The main reason I go to get my nails done is to have all my cuticles removed. Unfortunately, Javier never used cuticle oil on my nails and barely manicured my cuticles on both my feet and fingers. I watched them just rinse the pedicure stations in between patrons and use only water and no cleaner on the pedicure tubs. Once I saw that I'd knew I'd never return. They put a different color on my nails for my gel manicure than I picked out. Not a big deal, but annoying none the less. The prices were reasonable at $25 for each service. I will not be returning. I would rather pay more for better quality and hygenic services. read more

Meh. The pedicure was good, not great. The lemons in the water might smell good, but that's about it. No real massage to speak of.... when it's done so lightly it's not really worth mentioning. Manicure left all of my cuticles scraggly and started to peel w/in 3 days. The worst thing was that they let people in to try to sell you crappy Made in China makeup and flat irons. I don't go to a nail salon for that, and I don't feel like fending them off when I'm supposed to be relaxing. The heavy sales pitch is inappropriate and you're caught off guard and in a good mood and likely to buy if you don't know better. I won't be back. Would be 5 stars, if, as part of the gel nails (LCN)/gel polish manicure, they tended to the cuticles. Absolutely the best pedicure I've ever recieved. As for my fingernails, even with the LCN, they're thin and natural-looking (I get them painted with Gel polish, not a pink-and-white). FYI: cash tips only (not CC), although CC's are ok for payment. read more

I got a mani/pedi for the first time at Tiffany's. I have to say that it was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was that annoying customer that came half hour before closing but they still were extremely nice and patient with me. Hands down, they give THE BEST pedicures here. They offer more expensive options like the mocha spa pedicure or peppermint scrub pedicure but honestly, the standard one for $25 is the way to go. They put a slice of lemon and salts into the water for your feet to soak. You get a pretty good massage, foot and leg scrub, hot stone massage, and a nice paraffin wax on your heels. In between it all they're putting warm towels on your legs..I was in heaven. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because their gel manicures are just ok. Great polish selection but my nails did crack and chip within the 1st week and they couldn't really do designs. I'll definitely come back for pedicures to this place! read more

I went back to Tiffany Nail Art today, and I was pleasantly surprised at the major difference I experienced from my last visit. I had a gel mani and a regular pedi. I sat down for my manicure first. The manicurist was meticulous. No, they didn't soak my cuticles, but that's become pretty common in most places. She didn't over trim, and the polish was applied perfectly. She used a little aloe pod in addition to the lotion, and I even got a neck and shoulder massage at the end. The pedicure is still the best pedi around here. There were lemons in the water which was beautifully fragrant. When she applied the sugar scrub she massaged my legs with it, she spent time smoothing my feet, which were awfully rough since I hadn't had a pedicure since October. She massaged my feet and legs with lotion, then hot stones, and put parrafin on my heel while she painted. She gave me a mini head/shoulder massage while I was at the drying station. After the polish was dry she applied a quick dry polish, and wrapped my toes in a plastic bag before putting my socks and my shoes on for me. It was a level of pampering I'd never experienced and I really appreciated it. The place is super clean, and everyone is very nice. It's a little more expensive than the other comparable salons in the area, but it's totally worth it. This was exactly the kind of relaxing oasis of calm I needed after a rough week of kids, colds, and craziness. You can pay by credit card, but tips can only be in cash. They also have a loyalty program which rewards you for paying in cash, so keep that in mind. If you want a cheap mani/pedi don't go here, but if what you want is that middle ground behind a spa with robes and tea, and a quick nail shop, this is the perfect destination for you. read more

I went there for the first time 3weeks ago. I got the traditional pedicure. It was awesome! Judy did my pedi and she's very attentive. I wasn't rushed the whole pedicure was so relaxing. They also include the hot wax heel wrap, a great leg/foot massage and quick shoulder massage while your toes are drying. They use lemon in the foot tub- lemon products very fresh! Its clean and has a cozy atmosphere. The salon has a wide selection of Essie/O.P.I./China glaze polishes At the end of your first visit youre given a little surprise, if the service provided doesn't make you come running back the suprise will. FINALLY!!! I found a nail salon that I love! Being a licensed nail technician myself, I am extremely picky about how my nails are done. Usually I get them done and run home, refile, and reshape them to my specifications - NOT THIS TIME!!! Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails and actually took the time to do a little bit of hand fling on top of the electric file. Most other places don't do this any longer, but she does! This creates a beautiful natural looking nail - which is what I love. Nail art doesn't seem to be her strong suit so if you want crazy designs, you may be better suited getting a polish change/nail art elsewhere, but her paint jobs are amazing. She does her french lines by hand as opposed to other places which use the airbrush and your white (or colored tips like mine) are never in line with your natural nail line - her's are! She takes her time and is very meticulous with how the french tips come out. My new set of gels cost me $65 and the fills will be $35. $10 more than what I would usually pay, but if my nails continue to look this way, it will be so worth it. She offered a $5 coupon for my next visit and has a reward program, but I forgot to ask her how that worked. The salon is super clean, the pedicure stations looked immaculate. Tiffany appears to be the only one in the salon that does the actual gel nails so if you need a new set or a fill, an appointment would be in your best interest, though she may be able to accommodate a walk in. Regular manicures/pedicures/waxing are all able to be done via walk-in. Will be trying a pedicure/waxing this weekend and can't wait to see the results. She may be priced a tad higher than the other salons in the area - but let me tell you - its worth it! read more

This was my first time there. I found this place because of all the great reviews! The nail salon was nice, clean, and inviting. The lady, although she was a quiet one, who did my nails did a fantastic job with my French mani pedi. The hot stone, massages, and paraffin were an added bonus! My sister and I have been looking for a good nail salon in this area for the last few years as we are spending more and more wknds down here visiting our parents. This place is definitely the one! No, they won't pamper you with drinks as some reviewers have complained about and no, they won't massage you for 10-minutes as others have pointed out but for the price they charge, they have really great service and they do an excellent job on the actual mani/pedi. I was in town for business and popped into this nail salon on very short notice. They attended to me immediately. I got a regular mani pedi, which was very good. The mani/pedicurist was precise and did an excellent job with shaping and painting my nails. I give this salon 4 1/2 stars for their service, but 2 stars for appearance. My first visit for a Mani/pedi was great, everything the other reviews claimed. But they didn't ask if I wanted gel polish on my nails, which I didn't. I had to go back to have it removed and the woman tore my nails and fingers to shreds. My cuticles were bleeding, my nails were super thin and gouged, and 4 months later, I'm still dealing with the damage of nails that constantly split and break. read more

This is my go to place for a nice, relaxing, affordable mani-pedi. They have a good selection of polishes, the salon appears clean, the staff are friendly, and my polish lasts without chips for the week. They also seem to have a decent ventilation system in place since I rarely smell noxious fumes. I've never gotten gel or fancy nail art so I can't comment on that, but for a standard mani-pedi this is a fine spot. read more
