I was charged $75 for a dip manicure today. I normally pay $45. They did an "ombre" look on my nails today that was an extra $15 I was not told about. I also did not ask for ombre, I specifically said I wanted it to look like the natural tip was peeking through,rather than ombre. Super pretty and clean, the employees were so kind and we had great conversation! I was happy with my nails and the price ($50 for gel acrylics) but I did have two nails that I wasn't very happy with the shape of. Its hard to tell on the photo but one side sort of bulges out on both nails. Other than that, everything was good! read more

Where do I even start. First of all, the most unprofessional, shittiest fucking nail job, most downright disrespectful, dirty ass, pathetic business and salon I've ever been to. This asian man who reeks of cigarettes was doing my nails and first of all, he looked lost to begin with. Never have I ever felt that much pain from ever finger let alone multiple scabs and damage to my nails. The nails looked so bad and every step he would take in order to complete my nails were all fucked up, and as a person who is 20 that has been getting their nails done since they were 12 I think I know what's going on by now. When I decided that I didn't want to keep the nails, he full on disrespected me and said ok I'm still going to charge you when we weren't even 10 mins into the process. I don't even want to continue to talk about this shit ass pathetic excuse for a nail salon and that disgusting disrespectful unprofessional unhygienic man but I ended up paying $50 for this shit. Really couldn't have had a better experience! Arrived for my sister's wedding and each of us in the wedding party had gorgeous mani and pedis--very happy. Foot and hand massages were luxurious and generous. The salon was spotless, modern and so lovely--must most importantly very clean. Wish I had this place in my hometown! I've liked this place for a long time but don't think I'll be returning. The last two times I've been for a gel pedicure, they've literally picked the old gel off my toes with clippers. Only when they pull and pull and can't remove it do they wrap it in foil with acetate, which is the only way I've ever had it removed. Not only is it harmful to my nails, it's painful. During my pedicure today, no one asked what kind of pedicure I wanted, they peeled the gel off of my toes, and the skin on my feet and heels are still cracked and peeling after a $50 service. Want to be a loyal customer, but I just can't. :( read more

I'm a nail studio snob, but not for the typical reasons. I actually don't like the really high end, expensive fancy shmancy places with things like "Magical Unicorn Pedicure." And I definitely don't like their prices. That being said, Fancy Nails is my favorite pedi place in NWA for all the right reasons. It's not crazy beautiful on the outside but it is on the inside, the prices are fair ($25 pedi woot!), the staff is the friendliest I've found, and the services are awesome. Like way better than those other snooty places. The pedicures last 40 min to an hour and included a really nice leg and foot massage and my toenails are as pretty as toenails can be. I will tell everyone I know to skip the luxe places and give Fancy a try. read more

UNSANITARY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!!! I went to Fancy Nails for a manicure and pedicure and got an infection on both of my big toes. Less than a week later from my pedicure my toes were swollen and I had yellow puss oozing out of my toes. My toes hurt to the touch and turned purple. I called Fancy Nails to see if I could get a refund and the man on the phone told me he couldn't do anything until he saw my infected toes for himself. I went in today and even showed him pictures of my toes and he told me to do what I've already been doing...put ointment on it...which was not helpful because I had already been doing that. I wasted almost an hour of time to go back up to their salon just for him to tell me something I already knew. Then I asked if he was going to offer me a refund and he said no. I also asked if he could offer me another service and he also said no to that. I will not be returning to this unsanitary salon and I hope you do not either! read more

Fancy nails was hard to find and the outside was really worn down. Inside it was decorated very nicely and it has a cute little girl shop connected to it. The manicure pedicure service was 5 stars all the way. She really worked on my feet and hands which I really needed. I wish she put a thicker layer of paint or an extra coat to make it last longer. Their color selection was good. I wish it was better. Maybe it was because it was busy but. they seemed scattered and disorganized. I like seeing the new OPI seasonal displays and such. read more

They do well on the gel polish but NOT on the dip. I had the dip powder done and it chipped within a week. The nail tech acted like she didn't want to be there and made all of my nails bleed. They also use a gel top coat that requires a drier with UV light to use. My nails beds were super weak as the dip started chipping. This place does gel very well but for dip don't waste your time. read more

My daughter had her nails done with sandy vu nails in ft.smith. this is the mother to one of owners with fancy nails. Her son who works/owns fancy nails in Fayetteville was the one to design her nails and they were absolutely beautiful. Between him an his mother they done excellent job. We just found our new nail salon!!!!! The best part they were actually closed on a Sunday an had just stopped by to pick up some stuff for their new shop. She didn't say oh I'm sorry were closed.
