The worst manicure of my life. I have never had such a disappointing experience at a nail salon, and I genuinely question the credentials and training of the staff. The service felt rushed and careless from start to finish. The nail tech didn't speak one word to me...not even 'hello'. He just got up and started doing someone pedicure and I was left with visible hangnails, uneven shaping, and polish that didn't even fully cover my nails. The application was sloppy, with noticeable gaps along the edges. To make matters worse, there was no lotion or finishing touch which is something that's a basic part of any standard manicure. I left frustrated and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

They can not do nails. The guy that did my nails rushed when I left half my nail chipped off an it's dark in there so you can barely see if your nails are done correctly and they over price. theh charged me 60 just for acrylic over my nail I will never go here again. read more

I like this place and think their services and prices are pretty good for the area. I have had multiple pedicures, they start at $38. They do offer birthday and student discounts, I believe. The basic pedicure is around 45 minutes and includes hot towels, massage, scrub, soak, stones, trimming, and painting of nails. My only complaint is that they don't do much filing or scrubbing of the dead skin on the bottom of the feet that most other pedicures do. But other than that I enjoy it for the price. They have massage chairs and bring you a drink while you sit. They also offer all other nail services and are conveniently located off Wedington. read more

It is so relaxing here. I almost fell asleep getting my toes done. I got gel on my toes. This is the first time I'd done chrome. They are good at suggesting the newest trends. I got French tip dip with chrome. And if they see something that isn't perfect to them, they will fix it even if it looks perfect to me. Very professional. I wish all nail places were like this. In response to my previous post how can the lady in blue tell me my set was old when I had just just got them prior to being refilled? So your telling me every fill in requires a new set? My mom and I went to get our nails done last Friday and the nail tech that did my moms nails, did not do any simple nail care. All she did was grind off the old fingernail polish (only partially) and then instantly started adding the fake nails. My mom wanted a simple French tip with a thin pink glitter line underneath, but they used silver instead. Not only that, but 2 of her nails on her right hand do not have an even coat of acrylic. I was also SUPER overcharged for the quality of the nails and for the amount of time that it took! Do not go here!!!! Went in with 5 family members including 2 kids. I told them what we wanted and asked for costs up front. They "upsold" my kids when they had them separated from me and without my approval! Kids had no idea what was happening. They felt like they had done something wrong afterwards. I was a long time customer of this nail salon, but after today will never get any services here again. I had a $65 pedicure for 60 minutes that was the worst pedicure I have ever received. The man who did my pedi dropped tools on the floor and attempted to use them on me, which is unsanitary; he rushed through the entire service and skipped steps doing so; he kept applying product on top of product with no care so nothing ever absorbed, and he didn't apply any of it to my feet which is the point of a pedi; he kept the area a complete mess and as a result got hot wax on my clothes and shoes. In all honestly, it is not the first time I have had bad service here, I just overlooked it in the past. But the quality of the work has really gone down and they make no attempt to reconcile it in a way that makes the customer feel good at all. I talked to the owner and manager and before I could even say I didn't have a good experience she said "I know I'll take the charge off." Well, she didn't. She had the man who did the poor job ring us up, no apology and he took off 10 dollars which is what we'd get from being regulars anyway. This is a disgrace and I'm sorry to say no one should use this business after three years of going myself. It's a money grab. They no longer care about doing good work. I used to really love this place, but they are too busy now and are regularly late to appointments. They are overbooking themselves, while taking in too many walk ins. I waited over 40 min for a pedicure I had scheduled over a day ahead of time. When I was getting a manicure, the lady literally fell asleep while painting my nails. It's really sad because once you actually get your nails done, they do a great job, but it's not worth the inconsistencies. read more

This was our second tome and we have found our new favorite pedicure spot! The people are friendly, the facilities are clean, and the massage chairs are amazing. They are quick but not too quick. The price is good too! Basic pedicures start at $30 and include a light massage. This was very relaxing to my tired feet! I actually upgraded to the $39 pedicure this time because my legs were extremely tired and we are about to leave for a mission trip. Thankful I did but not something I will do regularly. I think the basic $30 is plenty for my "normal" pedicure. We normally get pedicures once a year but I might start going every few months as a treat and to relax ;-). AVOID THIS SALON IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE WELL!!! They do not listen to instructions, then the employees lie and say that you said something you didn't say. They will not change course after starting, even when you informed them that what they are doing is not what you asked for. Additionally, they will cut your fingers, leave waves in the paint, and not paint to the edge. Atrocious excuse for a nail salon. The only good news is that you will save on the tip, however that doesn't help when they charge you extra just because they feel like it. read more

I requested to have an almond nail manicure full set. From the picture you can see that I didn't receive what I asked for. I repeatedly showed them the picture as reference. I will never go here again. It was $63 and a complete waste of my time and money. I know you can get good nails here, but only with certain nail techs. The older gentleman with glasses is sweet, but simply didn't understand what I was requesting. Do yourself a favor and either go somewhere else or try to get one of the younger nail techs.
