Feet still felt like sandpaper. No idea why I went back but went for fill in and polish change on toenails 2 days ago cuz no point in paying for relaxing pedicure. You won't get it! She did a horrible job. You could literally see where every original nail started so no proper fill in. Wrong shade from what I picked as well. One thumbnail wasn't even properly painted. You could see the pink nail underneath. 3 nails and a big toenail was badly smudged too. Also my left hand nails were much longer than my right. The girl argued about that and didn't correct it. $130 for this. I've never in my life went back to any salon to complain but this was crazy for the money I've spent. $130 for this fill in n polish change on toes. Had to leave work early to go by there and the mgr kept arguing with me. All they did was a polish change and the paint job on my toenails is hideous!!!! The girl kept getting phonecalls and she'd pick up and say a few more minutes. No proper lighting in the pedicure chairs at all!!!! My toenails still look terrible and I'm going to have to go to another salon and pay to get them fixed. The mgr is extremely rude and I think he's timing them which is probably most of the problem. He's always going around and noting their progress while they are working on nails. The kicker is I'm am a mgr at Hamilton place mall and one of my associates was complaining about her nails and guess where she went one day before me? The nail boutique. Hers were messed up as well. NEVER GO HERE!!!!
