I waited for 45 mi ties and when the guy was sanding off my dip powder, he nicked my cuticle 3 times. I asked for a different nail tech and I wanted gel this time. I've had the gel on for 4 days and already have 3 chips that have broken my nails. I will not be back. read more

Wonderful nail spa and Henry is the best! This spa has a quiet, serene atmosphere which makes the treatments so relaxing. I previously was a customer of Zen nails and it always seems chaotic and so noisy! Absolutely love this place. It's beautiful and peaceful inside. I've followed Ken and Lili from their previous salon and been coming to Pure since it opened. Lili does the best nails in Chattanooga, she's a perfectionist and could be charging way more than they do there. Vienna is my favorite for pedicures, she is chatty and fun and she does a wonderful massage! In case people still worry about these things, the staff here all speak English very well, many at native level. It's a fantastic shop. read more

I came in for a pedicure Friday evening and it was the best I've ever had. So good in fact, that I decided to get a manicure while I was there. I hadn't gotten a manicure since I got married 6 years ago - just to show how good the pedicure was going . Unfortunately, my nails did not last even 24 hours. No, I didn't get gel nails but that doesn't excuse the extent my polish has chipped in less than 48 hours. I will return for another pedicure but the manicure was a complete waste of money. read more

This place is my go to for manicures. I always go to Ken to do my nails. The picture below is just one of the many nail designs I have got done here. Ken has done many designs such as ombré and the glitter that I posted. He really takes his time and does a great job every time. As far as pedicures go, not my favorite place. I've received pedicures twice and I wasn't a big fan. It's decent but nothing over the top and my toe nails are were not painted right both times. The nail salon itself is big and spacious. The salon is clean and keeps up to standards. The staff are nice and accommodating. read more

I realize that i'm a tough customer but I'll explain here why I only gave this salon two stars. I got my nails done on the 27th by Henry. By the 30th one nail had broke. Since having my nails done I had snagged my hair,my clothing and other items, just by simply grabbing them. I am not exactly sure, but i believe that I caught the nail that broke on something. And it lifted it off. I didn't give this salon too stars because of the broken nail but because of what happened after. When I returned to get the nail fixed, Henry and two women had a conversation about me, that was not nice. You might ask, how do I know it wasn't nice because usually in these shops, the nail text speak a language that what is not english. Well, I know, because I have earphones that interpret foreign languages and I was curious to see what was being said about me since they were looking at me and laughing. I will not post the written log of what they said here but know, these people are rude and disrespectful. read more

I was here visiting my in-laws and this salon was only 10 minutes from where I was staying. I called ahead but they were very busy, so I just walked in about 45 minutes later. I was told the wait would be a while... about 30 minutes, but I didn't mind waiting especially when they're honest about the wait time. I got the dip manicure & regular pedicure and my total was $70. Which isn't bad for the quality I received. I would definitely go here again, especially for the price. The gentleman doing my toes wasn't very good, hence the 4 stars, but everyone else I interacted with there made up for it. The gentleman cut my toe once and didn't massage my feet, only my calves. Plus my polish is extremely uneven and doesn't look the greatest. However, The host was awesome and made sure I was comfortable, even bringing a glass of wine while I waited. I would go back here and just try to get someone else for pedicures. read more

I have been visiting this place for my pedicure for more than a year, this will probably be the last time since the person who gave me the service hurt my finger a lot by scraping the skin with the file. She told me she was sorry but seconds later he hurt my leg again with the instrument that cuts the cuticle. I asked for a manicure too and I don't wear regular nail polish. I thought they were going to lower me for not having painted me and they charged me the same. I think this time I won't be pleased at all. Well, I wish I could give -10 stars for this place. UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! I called and schedule an appointment for 11am, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and checked in with the front desk and they asked me if I had an appointment and I confirmed yes, for 11am. They asked me to seat down that I would be called. After 25 minutes waiting I was approached from a different person that asked me If I had an Appoitment, which I confirmed YES, and stated that was for 11am, mean time there was another lady waiting for an appointment at 11am also!!!! As I was still patiently waiting another person came in as an walk in, she got taken for service before me and as I stupidly still there waiting ... 11:40am the same lady who asked 15 minutes ago if I had an appointment approached me again asking if I had an appointment.... I took my daughter to get her first set of nails for homecoming. They charged us $70!! My oldest daughter gets her nails done all the time and said that we were ripped off. Seems that there isn't one price for everyone. Make sure you ask for price first! read more

I thought I would try out this new nail salon, but it was a waste of time (10 minutes) and money. I basically just paid $32 to have my feet washed and lotion applied to my legs. The water was cold, the pedicure was horrible. I'm already planning to call my regular salon to schedule a real pedicure for tomorrow. Big disappointment!!! read more
