11/2 I ordered Deluxe pedicure $60 + Gel nail polish. This is the best Pedi & most relaxing I've ever experienced. Anthony did a great job trimming, removing dry rough areas on heals. After initial citrus soak he applied clay rub on legs with hot towel wraps, sugar scrub, massage and paraffin wax treatment wrapped in hot towels. Wonderful clean salon. Bill had the basic pedi his tech was Celine she did a great job trimming, cleaning and removing callous's. He was so relaxed & his feet feel so refreshed after. read more

I went to Bliss to get my nails done for the first time with a friend. Never had anything other than polish on my nails before. I got French tip acrylics, and my nail tech was very nice. The experience wasn't bad, but every single one of my nails is crooked and has flecks in the polish. Almost all of them are also lifting 3 days after having them done. I'd go back to get them fixed, but I live almost 2 hours away. I don't understand charging $70 for this when they aren't going to last even a week. I tipped well too. Very disappointed. read more

Less than average experience here. Heard a lot of good things so i was excited, especially since it's close to my house 1. I HATE when places still charge to remove gel polish-stop doing this! 2. Hit or miss going here. Not offered a drink. And my first nail broke/cracked after 2 days because they were too thin. Had it fixed- the original tech Hannah- wasn't available. Another person did a fix on ONE nail- now a few days later- three more are cracked and damaged because yes they are too thin. I'll go another place. The first time I went here was great. The next time they did not do a good job on my dip polish. The third time ended it all. There were only two people working and they were busy. Why have so many chairs without staff. Later a young girl came in to work and ended up doing my nails. First he removed my gel polish from toenails with a electric file instead of soaking. Not happy! Then when my finger was nipped and bled, it was dipped into the dip powder anyway. I know this contaminated the powder and I wondered who else this had already happened to. Power should be poured out and only used for one client to be sanitary. I must say I'm having a hard time finding someone that follows this in this area. I can't say how the nails are because I wasn't able to even get mine done. I wouldn't go here if you are new to getting your nails done. The guy that came up to me to ask me what I wanted was so mean and rude to me. He told me they couldn't do the picture I showed them which I said was fine and then I asked what designs they could do and he said none. He told me no matter what type of nail I picked they couldn't do any design and he had no examples fo show me. It was so intense and aggressive I told him I would just go then, and he just said ok. I tried to be kind and understand what was going on and I was just met with some of the worst human interaction that it brought me to tears once I was out of the salon. read more

I called ahead and asked how much a mani pedi was, they quoted me 45$. I go in, once again repeating I want a mani pedi. Once I pick my color, she tells me that one is extra and we can't do that. So i requested the proper colors that wouldn't cost extra. After choosing a new color, she applies it perfectly fine. When I go to sit my feet in the water she asks me to pick what type of pedicure I want. Once again, I repeat I want the classic plain old mani/pedi. They then begin to tell me that my nails are 35$ and with the pedicure it'll be 65$. I said I had called before and asked the prices and I was told 45$. She argued that the color I chose was more expensive. But that was the whole reason I had switched colors, and she pretended to not be aware that all I wanted was a classic mani pedi. The two people there then continued to pressure me to at least change the color of my nails, after repeatedly saying I can't afford it. Did not appreciate the pressure from them when I've said no repeatedThey then charge me $35 for plain painted nails. Really disappointed and deceiving. The money I had for this was a gift and now I couldn't afford what I originally came in for. I hadn't had my nails done in years because of my line of work, and nothing was more disappointing then being deceived the first time I go back. Please watch out if you go, they'll find a way to charge you for something you didn't ask for. read more

She didn't really scrub my feet and dead skin that well, but other than that..perfect! I walked into Bliss today with no appointment and was immediately helped. I asked for a color change of the gel on my nails and toenails. The color selection was huge. I sat in a nice big massage chair while she did my toes and it was wonderful. Nice relaxing music, no strong ammonia smell and clean bright decor. The lady did not speak English but understood what I needed. She was quiet but did a perfect job. She even fixed my one broken nail at no charge. Total price was $73. Its only been 3 days , gel or not my polish is falling off . Make sure you check their work . Loved this place!! Walked in with my brother a little after 6pm (I think), and were immediately greeted and handed paperwork to sign regarding COVID-19 precautions. Once finished, we were seated in the pedicure area and the nail techs got right to work! Everyone was friendly and even called us by name which was nice since we didn't actually tell them, they'd seen them on our paperwork. This is very beautiful salon and the people there are very kind and professional. They are sure to offer you drinks while getting service. I got a mani and pedi here recently, and I must say I was very displeased with my gel French manicure. When leaving the salon they looked very nice, however only hours later each one of my gel nails had cracks all through out the polish. After one day a couple of my nails had already chipped. I went on a whim for my first manicure and pedicure in years. They saw me right away. The nails were well done and the place was clean and nice looking. My nail tech was very good tho I wish he knew more English. My only real complaint: I was rushed getting my shoes and socks with a man (not the tech) starting to take off my she's and socks for me when I was apparently not fast enough for him! They recently opened and didn't have many reviews but I still wanted to give them a try and I'm glad I did! Inside is decorated beautifully and is clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. My sister and came here last Sunday to get manicures - she got gel polish and I got a set of dip powder nails. The inside is so clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and our nails looked fantastic! This is a great new addition to the Hixson area. This was my favorite place to go, but no longer. Paid for the hot stone pedicure and I had to ask to have my feet and legs massaged after I realized she wasn't going to massage as she was painting toes. Then she barely even touched my legs and feet, I even asked her to massage a little deeper. My mom went a couple of days before me and the guy didn't even massage her legs. Very poor customer service and did not receive the services we paid for. read more

Paid this place a visit because my usual place was closed for family vacation. Its nicely decorated but there was only 2 people working for a bigger salon. Pedicure was ok, but I came out with very minimal cuticle work done and hardly any callus work either. The girl that painted my toenails got polish all over my cuticles. A basic pedicure came out to be $30, which is higher than most places in Hixson, but understandable since it seems like a more high end salon. I'm not big on massage so I could careless about it but for $30, I sure wished for a more thorough cuticle job. read more

The salon is beautiful and very well decorated. The chairs are the best I've ever sat in. So comfy and the massage is perfect. I got a pedicure and was pleased. Very good massage and callous removal.
