It's My Favorite of the 4 mountains in Aspen for sure. ----------------------------------- As far as Aspen as a Whole, everyone knows Aspen is 5-Stars...the town, the restaurants, the nightlife, the people, all 4 mountains. It's all Top Notch, and the best Ski Resort Town in the Americas (both North and South), in my opinion. Even skiers in Europe, South America and Japan know Aspen. Most skiers rate ski resorts on just the mountain (extreme level) and snow. I'm different. I rate ski resorts as an Overall Package...the mountains, snow, amenities (lifts, rentals, food on mountain), apres ski, crowds and what the people are like, nice restaurants, bars/clubs/nightlife, higher-end lodging with outdoor hot tubs, etc. I'll admit, I don't go skiing just to ski, I go for the food and nightlife too, and well, I'd be lying if I said I didn't like to be pampered while I'm at it, lol. Going up and down the mountain to just ski, packing my own lunch, and just having a few beers back at the room while smoking pot is not my thing, as it is with most skiers, especially ski bums, lol. So, given that, for me, the Best Ski Resorts in the World are: 1. Verbier, Switzerland 2. Aspen, Colorado 3. Chamonix, France 4. St. Anton/Lech, Austria 5. Cortina, Italy 6. Zermatt, Switzerland 7. Ischgl, Austria 8. Whistler, Canada 9. Bariloche, Argentina 10. Niseko, Japan And Yes, I've been to almost every major ski resort in the World - 22 West Coast, 17 East Coast, 9 in Europe, 6 in Canada, 4 in South America and 2 in Japan. So, as you can see, I love Aspen! And if there's any place you should ski at least once in your lifetime, it should be here! Just my opinion.

Try to get on the red one as it has Bluetooth capabilities and you can play music all the way up to 16 minutes to the top of the mountain. The ride is smooth even when it's windy. When you get to the top I recommend trying the food at the restaurant it's fresh and the service is spot on.

The gondola is cool because we had our own speak to play whatever we pleased! It felt very private and intimate which I really enjoyed. I loved the decor throughout the restaurant and our gondola had cute little touches as well. For example they had a coo coo clock that when off every hour. For drinks I tried their feuerzangenbowle and the muled wine. My husband got a Hugo spritz and jagertee. I loved my drinks the feuerzangenbowle uses flambé which was so cool!, it's pretty similar to the muled wine. Muled wine is always a favorite of mine when the weather gets cold! Our server was awesome and super attentive. He answered any questions we had and was very friendly. The gondolas have a set menu we ended up ordering more that was on the set menu since I wanted fondue and my husband wanted the raclette. We added on a fondue, ordered the raclette that came on our fixed menu and added on steak, along with the pretzel that comes as an appetizer. The food was really good, I think it is also just so cozy and suiting for the cold weather! Fondue and raclette are also just such a fun way to dine! Highly recommend and definitely will be back just to try the standard experience too without the gondola.

It's a popular spot, so I definitely recommend making a reservation. The menu isn't huge, but it offers a nice selection of traditional German favorites like bratwurst, schnitzel, fondue, and desserts. The food was enjoyable, and it was a fun dining experience, especially if you're looking to try classic German cuisine.

In my previous interactions, front desk staff have always acknowledged guests, even when they were busy. Because of this, I was confused as to why I was not acknowledged while I waited. I then began working with another front desk agent who was already helping me address the issue. While I was speaking with that agent, Jonathan returned and interrupted the conversation to explain the issue. At that point, I was already receiving assistance, so the interruption made the interaction feel even more confusing and disorganized. I also spoke with Madison about a hold showing on my credit card. She told me there was no hold, even though I could see the hold in my credit card app. She said she would send a message to Accounting and have someone contact me to discuss it further. Unfortunately, I never received a call or any follow-up from Madison or Accounting. Overall, the experience was frustrating because there seemed to be a lack of communication and follow-through. A simple acknowledgment from Jonathan, allowing the other agent to finish assisting me without interruption, and following up as promised regarding the credit card hold would have made the experience feel much more professional and organized.

They are known for hearty portions at reasonable prices, served with only the freshest ingredients. Lunch and dinner feature pizza, sandwiches, creative salads and pastas. We were greeted promptly and seated at a high top table in the dining area. We started our meal with the toasted French bread with garlic butter, melted mozzarella, and marinara sauce. It was served hot and crispy and was very flavorful. We ordered a custom pizza with white sauce, artichokes, basil and mushrooms. They did not have spinach as a topping option. The pizza looked very appetizing but did not have much flavor to it. The breadsticks were much more tasty. We had to ask for some garlic powder to help flavor the pizza. Other people in our party ordered the quesadilla with cheddar cheese on flour tortilla served with guacamole, salsa, sour cream Cheese. The Greek salad with Romaine lettuce, kalamata olives, pepperoncini's, tomatoes, red onion and feta. Overall, was a good pizzeria with a family friendly atmosphere serving decent food.
