Kathy patiently walked us through sizing and explored different shapes with zero pressure and so much patience. We loved how relatable she was and how natural and genuine our convos went! When he returned on his own, Jenny took her time to educate him fully and showcased her expertise (being in the business for 30+ years) and made sure he truly understood every detail, not just the 4 C's, but things other stores never even mentioned so he could feel confident making such an important decision. They actually encouraged him to even take his time and check out other places to make sure he was confident in his decision. This kind of customer care made all the difference!
