My husband and I ordered 3 sushi rolls, a General Tso's chicken, and an order of crab rangoons on their website and drove over to pick up at around 7pm on a Saturday night. Everything came out in under 10 minutes for pickup(I was living less than 5 minutes away) , and I was so amazed to see the size of the sushi rolls! This was my 3rd and final time eating at Fancy Sushi. While we were 3/4 way through our meal, my husband and I witnessed a live cockroach crawl up the window of the sushi bar on the outside facing us. It ran back down the glass into the bar and it this point I was fumbling for my phone to take video/photo. I moved the condiments that were directly in front of me and ended up seeing a baby cockroach dead on its back. I immediately informed the manager as she was bringing over a togo box and check. She grabbed a napkin, picked up the dead cockroach said, "I'm so sorry" and handed me the check. We've been visiting this place for years whenever we're in town. The parking lot is small and pretty tight when it's a busy night. It does tend to get pretty busy, but luckily when we went today there was no wait to be seated. Once we were seated it did take a little while for the waitress to come along and take our order, but we were in a big group and talking a lot so we really didn't mind too much. They used to bring out those wonton chips and sauce to the table when you're seated, but they don't bring that out any more. They brought out the food as it was done, so some were eating for a while before the last plate made it out to the table, but at least it was hot as we got it. I ordered the "vanilla gorilla roll" sushi and it was so good!!! My one kid had the California roll and edamame, and the other one had a small chicken fried rice (which was a HUGE portion).
