Well we've got plumbing guys - Ell-Dee Plumbing. When you read the reviews on here and on Google, you'll read words like "honest", and "fair", "hard working", and "trust worthy"... ALL TRUE. Our hot water heater went out 2 weekends before Thanksgiving; we called Steven on that Monday totally expecting for him to come out Tuesday already, but he was actually apologetic that he couldn't make it on the same day I called. So we agreed upon 9AM the next day, he comes out, assesses the situation, and then talked us through all the options from least to most expensive, short term vs. long term fixes, and best and worst case scenarios... very thorough and transparent. We opted to replace the old water heater we had (it was 14 years old anyway), and he had the new one installed by 2:00P that afternoon, all clean and up to code! Thanks, Steven! But that's not all... So a week later, the day before Thanksgiving, we noticed a puddle slowly forming on the garage floor.
