I called one place before Robert's air conditioning and was met with an answering service that promised to call me back but never did. Several hours later I decided that I needed to call Roberts. I am glad that I had the opportunity to deal with Robert's air conditioning. The average cost with some google suggests the replacement for a TXV should cost between $185 to $750. Not only are they not standing by their work, they are looking to make a quick buck even after collecting upwards of $20k from me for my air conditioners. I regret ever letting this company do new units in my home. Clearly they do not stand by their work.
