It's not overcrowded at all or clutter around. I waited in the waiting area until my appointment. They served me coffee, water and fresh donuts. It was very relaxing and pleasant. They offer free FAST WiFi also which is nice. I went to Sue. She has been doing hair for over 40 years. She has great experience and knows what she's doing! I needed a set of highlights and she was a pro! She did exactly everything I was. We started at 12:10 and I was finished by 1:20. It only took 1 hour and 10 minutes for the whole appointment! It was great. Sue is great to talk to she has a great personality and is very professional. Parking is so easy, they have a huge parking lot. It's easy to find and there's air conditioning so it's nice and cool on a hot summer day! The whole staff was pleasant and kind to me!
