Decided to try this nail salon since it's right up the road from my house. Unfortunately I don't believe I'll be going back. I was the only person in the salon yet the lady working on me seemed very distracted and kept hurting me when starting out. After saying ouch a few times I politely asked her if she could soak or wet my cuticles before trying to push them back. She had been doing this with them dry switching between using a cuticle file and her own nail. I got ANC and as you can see from the pictures they just looked cheap and the shaping is off. Like other reviewers I did receive a massage but it lasted maybe 30 seconds and was pretty week. It's time for a fill in and I'll be going somewhere else. read more

Had a 10 am appointment & they were not open!!! Not a great start to a brand new business!!! I knew when I pulled up & there was 3 people standing outside it was not promising! No less there is NO phone number listed, had to google that! Left without my service & probably will never go back! I wasn't sure what to expect due to some of the previous reviews, but I was visiting my mom and this is right around the corner, so I decided to try it. I got there around 4:00 pm on a Monday. They said it would be about five minutes until I was seen. It was certainly no longer than that before they had me at a station. I got the ANC manicure. They had plenty of colors to choose from and the young man who did my nails really took his time with the process. He shaped my nails exactly as I requested. I even got a shoulder massage at the end of the process. The price was very reasonable for the area and the quality of service. I found the salon to be roomy and clean. I didn't get a pedicure, but that area appeared clean and inviting as well. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in town. read more

As a nail tech myself this place was very good and clean. Nice massage didn't feel rushed and gave a nice shoulder massage when they placed you u see the drier. My sister and myself will be back this will be our new place to get pedis when I come visit. Also prices extremely reasonable for the service you receive. read more

I never review places ever... but... I didn't have a great experience and honestly for the money I spent it is very frustrating. I had a 10am appointment, they didn't show up until 10:15 to even open the store. They were not even open!! My nails chipped (both hands and feet) the very next day (almost all of them). Honestly, my nails look WAY worse now than they did when I went in. I also barely got massaged on legs/feet during pedicure. She did not give me a back or neck massage either. I felt rushed the whole time.. and there was only one other customer. It just stinks to pay $50 and have your nails looking even worse than before... never going back. I'm super frustrated and will not be going back, unfortunately. read more

I walked in and asked if I could use the 30% off coupon they had for new clients. The ad took up a page and said summer specials. I wanted a mani-pedi and the lady said"my price is low enough you can't use the advertised coupon". Really? That seems like false advertising to me. That's not a way to get "new clients". I have been into this location of Fantastic Nail Spa several times, and it's been inconsistent overall. My first visit was with my mother for a pedicure and it was great. They offer several options for pedicures, but we just go for the basic $25 pedi. This first time, we were both taken at the same time and had employees who took their time and did a really thorough job throughout the process. At the end, they set you up for drying and give you a really nice neck and upper back massage. After that, I thought to myself that this is someplace I will definitely keep coming back to. Second pedicure visit with mom: seated in the pedicure chairs at the same time, but only one person came over to start working on my feet. Did not say hello (or speak a word to me ever), just started rushing to get nails trimmed and filed, and cuticles cleaned up. He was done in about 20 minutes and did not even give the massage at the end that I received before, and that everyone else in the salon was getting. When he was done with me, he just walked away and left my mother with her feet still soaking in the foot bath until a different person was ready to take care of her. Her service seemed a bit more thorough and complete. If they are too busy to service walk-ins and prefer an appointment to be made, they should say that, or at least ask us to come back at a later time so that we get the service and attention that we are paying for. That last visit is what will have a more lasting impression on me, unfortunately. In between pedicure visits, I did go in on my own for a gel manicure, and although it was a longer and different process than I'm used to, it lasted for FOUR weeks! It never chipped or lifted, which I really appreciated. I also received a stellar neck and upper back massage during that visit that nearly put me to sleep. read more

I came in today around 11am for a pedicure and ANC. The salon is very nice and very clean. They greeted me as I walked in and had me pick out colors. I sat and waited for about 5 minutes before the nail technician came and got me. He started right away and did not leave until he was finished. This was a huge plus because my last salon would have multiple people work on your nails throughout the appointment. I was also surprised when I got the same technician for my pedicure. HUGE difference from my old salon. After the ANC I got a quick shoulder massage which was awesome! The pedicure was relaxing and affordable with a great massage and I loved that they let the callous remover sit for awhile before scrubbing. This is something I was used to when living on Long Island but hadn't received it since moving upstate. The prices are very close to my older place but I am absolutely willing to spend the extra few bucks for the quality of work I received. I will definitely be coming back read more

This was by far the worst nail experience i've ever had!!! Two people did my nails at once and rushed me out, I was out of the salon in 15 minutes. My nails weren't shaped at all, they were uneven and crooked. Never again!! read more

I walked in for a pedicure today (Saturday) and this place was very busy. I was told that I'd have a 15 minute wait, but they had me in a pedi chair soaking my feet within 5 minutes. They were well staffed, so even though there were five people ahead of me the wait was not long. I just asked for the basic pedicure, but they have a full menu of more elaborate services. I'll definitely return - my toes look great, and the quickie shoulder massage at the end felt fabulous. read more

Clean interior with professional and kind service ! My mother and I both got a mani pedi. The pedicures were great we had no wait and they sat us in chairs immediately. I was happy with the polish job and selection of colors ! I had an ANC manicure. One of the best I've had in the area for sure. Still looks perfect3 weeks later. They did not have as many ANC colors as other salons but I think the service and quality makes up for this ! Definitely going back. read more

I wouldn't waste your money. My boyfriend and I got the hot stone massages which were basically pointless. During my timed massage (16 mins) my nail stylist got up to get the stones and was gone for a good 2-3 minutes...during my massage time. The scraping of the dead skin, cleaning of the nails, and pushing back the cuticles was all very painful. I liked the way he shaped my toes but he put so many layers of polish on that it took almost an hour and a half to dry properly. read more

I went in for ANC and it was a very clean nice place. I had an appointment and was taken right away.TV is a bonus since it is boring to sit for an hour. She was not friendly but did a good job. This is my second time here but I will not be back. My daughter's tech was sloppy and rude when asked to fix her mistakes. She actually got and continued to rant while leaving the station my daughter was at. The other techs continued to also talk about it right in front of us. I got my nails done at this place yesterday and they clearly know what they are doing. My ANC was done right and perfect! And when there was a confusion between me and my nail tech, the lady in the front (manager or something) came over to translate, making sure I was doing ok! Telling me if anything's wrong just call her over, quite helpful btw. The workers were friendly, they didn't rush and most importantly, the place was very clean. I have been to this place multiple times and this time will be my last. I went tonight (Tuesday) at 5:30. There was two other people here and I wanted two pedicures one for me and one for my 6 year old cousin. They had us both put our feet in the water and I sat there for 25 minutes with my feet in cold water. One of the people working did my cousins pedicure and when she was finished tried to do mine. I came her to get a pedicure WITH my cousin not one at a time. I decided not to get a pedicure because I had no interest in making my cousin sit there while I got my feet done. The two other customers said they were in the same situation waiting for one person to go at a time. If you can't accommodate four people on a weekday you shouldn't be in business. And the thing I really don't understand is that another worker came out and walked around then walked back into the office to do who knows what, but couldn't be bothered to do her job. And for the record this has happened multiple times before once when I had an appointment. read more

Horrible... on top of waiting while other walk in and get helped because they've only got one person who can do gel nails... they butchered me! I had 3 bloody cuticles by the time I left... and the young man they had file my nails did so crooked and to straighten them out, the nails had to be filed into little nubs!!!
