I said I to have them done. took my $20 and then walked over to another worker who ended up bringing me back into the eyebrow room to calm me down and stating no no no you're not finished. I will finish them for you at this point. My eyebrows are in such pain and she had to go over them multiple more times. She did do her best to recover them, but she had to make them skinny, also causing irritation to my eyes after this, the other woman never brought my change back, so the woman who my eyebrows, had to take it out of the drawer and the woman who took my money, was standing at the front laughing in my face this was one of the worst experiences I It took a lot for me not to allow this woman to make me act out of character. I am now sitting in urgent care for the pain and waiting to find out if I'm having reaction. and was not refunded my money. wish I could add photos so I could show you how bad it is.

I picked a nail polish color off the display located on the wall. My daughter choose her gel nel color from an array of colors located in a basket. We waited about five minutes before we were called for our pedicures. We were sat in a massage chair and was set up quickly. The place has soft mellow music playing in the background. All tools/utensils used were new and opened in front of me. All foot scrubs were new and were disposed of after use. The girl doing my pedicure changed her gloves twice during the service, very sanitary.

I've been coming here for over a year after moving to the area from Westchester. Tried many salons…read morein the area but none of them were as clean and as well run as this place is. Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. I felt cared for, understood and seen, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this nail salon.
