I made an appointment with Casey after seeing positive reviews for her cuts. I'm so glad I did. Not only did she freshen my hair with a cut, getting rid of all the damaged ends, but she gave me beautiful highlights as well. If I could give negative stars I would! Came to get a haircut and I believe her name was Amber(I could be wrong) cut my hair. She was extremely rough handed. She wanted to straighten my hair first so she did with the blow dryer/brush. Idk how many times she pulled at my ear/earring and was pulling the crap out of my hair with the brush! She then decided to use clippers to cut my hair since I was getting an A line cut. I wasn't worried since I've gotten my hair cut with clippers before. I felt like she cut me, but I figured if she did she would have said something right..WRONG! I got home and literally had cuts ALL over the back of my neck. They ended up getting swollen & irritated that I had to put Neosporin and a cooling pad.... Seriously not cool! She had another client waiting so maybe if she wasn't rushing this wouldn't had happened.... read more

If you get Wendy who was supposedly subbing in, don't let her cut your hair. it will be far from what you asked for and choppy. i have gotten a good haircut from this place so i know it's her. she started to list things about my hair from my race while she is white and has nothing valid to say. the haircut was from from what i asked for i even provided pictures. I brought my daughter to the Arlington location and I really like the place and the quality of the work but while I was there I observed Natalie a hairstylist pick up a dirty trash can with her bare hands dump the trash and without washing her hands or even sanitizing them she began to tough a clients hair. This will be the last time I come into this establishment. The behavior that I saw exhibited by the "future owner" was completely atrocious. I brought in my daughter to get a hair cut and patiently waited for her to get her hair cut. The hairdresser did an excellent job and as I went to pay I noticed the rude comments the "hostess" kept making towards the hairdressers. At one point she began questioning the pricing of one the customers which is completely unacceptable. This behavior should not be taking place in front of customers. The hairdresser began to explain why she was changing that price and the "hostess" made a snide remark rolled her eyes and walked away. I looked over to the customer in question and she also looked taken a back. After I paid I stayed behind a bit to notice how the hostess stood behind the hairdresser as she charged the customer. It just seemed so hostile and demeaning. If this is the future of what's to come I prefer to take my business elsewhere. Just because you are going to inherit a company it doesn't give you the right to treat people in a rude and condescending manner. read more

Came to get my and my son's haircuts. Really basic cuts. When I called 45 minutes before closing they said I can cruise by. The gal who took us, both of us, was craaaazy rushed. I asked to leave like 2 inches on the top and she left 4. I would have said something but she kept saying 'you just made it; we're about to close and go home'. I also asked for a 1 on the sides and back and she faded it which I didn't ask for. Overall, between being unprofessional about rushing and continuing talking about them closing and doing a bad job of cutting our hair, I'm never going back here. read more

I had previously gone to another soon not related to here and they messed it up and had given me bangs when I didnt want bangs and left the front choppy and unblended. Anyway after 5 months of growing about 1 and half inchs of hair out I came here to get my hair "fixed" this other girl had front face layers and told her I wanted the front like hers. I love my long hair and well I just told her to tak off 2 inches which yes she did and then she said she would put layers and showed me about 2 inches for layers and if I wanted to go more than that. I said no just 2 inches was fine. Well at the end of the haircut when I go home I realize that my shortest layer to the bottom of my hair is 9 inches to the longest piece of my hair. Then after said your hair should curl more easily. My curls used to stay in for about 3 days and now they fall flat by the end of the day and the front she went crazy cutting that the front is all short now so when I put it back my hair looks like this ----__----Anyway I hate my hair more than before and now who knows how long it will take to grow 9 inches back. I've always gone there before and they have done an amazing job except for this time. And I cant go back to get it fixed because I'll end up with short hair. read more

Very rushed and basic cut despite me being the only one in the shop. I was looking for a basic medium length trim. Hairdresser did not say one word or check in throughout the process of cutting until the very end when I was horrified with the results. She even turned my chair to face away from the mirror the entire time. I was horrified with the uneven layers, very roughly cut and shorter length than I had asked for. When she asked me if I wanted more shorter layers at the end I was speechless as I doubted any further damage control would have helped. Do not recommend for fine hair, will not be coming back. read more
