Gave this place another try and really glad we did. Even from our first original visit, the staff member we met was very kind to our toddler, which always means a lot to us parents. We came to the Waikīkī location because we've loved the Las Vegas one so much, so we were excited to check it out. We got to learn more about their business, which made the experience feel more personal. They also have a system where you can trade in certain qualifying plushies for bigger prizes, which is a fun touch. The customer service truly goes above and beyond. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuine. They even give you a little pouch for your tokens (same like in Vegas) so you can keep all your tokens together. They have specials going on so you can also get the best bang for your buck. Most importantly, we had so much fun! Our toddler left happy with a few plushies; and that alone made it worth it. No need for a suitcase full, just a few smiles and we're good. Like the Las Vegas location, they give you a complimentary clear plastic drawstring backpack to tote your winnings in, which is always appreciated. Really glad we came back! Happy to say, just like in Vegas, this is a five star spot for us now. This was not our first time here and definitely won't be our last. Note: they do validate parking if you're parked in the Target Parking Structure.

    Spring Break fun!!

Fantasy Claw is low-key addicting in the best way If you've got even a little competitive spirit, be ready to get hooked. The machines actually feel winnable (which is rare), and the prizes are legit...way better than your typical arcade junk. Clean setup, good vibes, and perfect for killing time whether you're with kids or just acting like one. Pro tip: once you start winning, it's hard to stop. Definitely a fun little Waikīkī gem

    Inside lots of machines!

I spent $60 and they gave me 30% more tokens. Games are 1-4 tokens depending on what you're playing. Claw machine games are so addictive but here you also could have a better chance of winning and the stuffies are really cute! I ended up initially winning 9 different things but traded 5 for a Snorlax. Loved it, staff were so friendly and accommodating and you can trade up in increments of 5 items won. Highly recommend if you're looking to get out of the heat or need a break from the beach!

FUN!!! FUN!!! FUN!!! Came in randomly on a Monday the kids saw the lights and the claw machines and immediately ran in. We got the $60 deal token, and it was so worth it. Everyone had fun. Adults too! We've gone to other claw machines places and we also play random claw machines at the malls, stores or wherever they have them. This place has got to be my favorite so far!!! Yoko was working when we came in and her costumer service is excellent!!! She made us feel so welcomed and she was so helpful! She made our play time here so much more enjoyable! Thank you for an amazing first time experience! We're already planning to come back again!

This place is so freaking adorable but you can blow money quickly (like with most claw games) but the staff was great and we did take home prizes. All the kids were having fun so I'd definitely recommend it

Walking through the area with 2 young kids getting tired, we came across this gem! We walked in and the place was filled with excitement. Our boys were immediately energized. Claw games can be tough, but Lee and Yoko were so helpful. More than that, they treated us like family! They were so great, I had to write this review on the spot. We got some assistance to win a few toys so both boys wouldn't go home empty handed. On top of that, it turns out Lee (Magic Lee Hawaii) is a famous magician! He did a few [what I'm sure to him] simple tricks and left my boys in awe. I'm sure that's not what anyone can expect, but it really left an impression on them. In the end, our whole family was energized, happy and amazed. I wish I could write more, so I may update later, but I couldn't leave too far without writing this right now. Thanks, Lee, Yoko and Fantasy Claw. Update (as I was just about to hit done): Lee just called us over gave us some great local tips to visit and eat. This was such a great experience and definitely something our family will remember a long time.

Fantasy Claw Arcade is really fun to do at night in Waikiki and my friends and I had a lot of fun. We're glad we stopped by! The token packages are really great and customer service was excellent!

At least our girl won a prize $30 care bear plush since this was her only prize after spending all her tokens.

If I could give this spot 0 stars I would. We've taken our kids to plenty of these places & this was by far the worse. Boba places give you better odds than this spot. We took our 5 year old and 10 year old here today as a treat post dinner. There was a single worker so getting help just to start off took a solid 10 minutes and that was just to purchase tokens and there was only 1 person ahead of us. We paid $60 for tokens so kids could play plenty of machines and come out with what we thought would be a couple of decent plushies and just have fun trying out the different claw machines. Again we've been to plenty of these arcades and usually come out with each of their bags filled for same budget of tokens, but not all arcades are equal so even a few wins would've been gre Think again, each kid won a single tiny keychain plush. A boba and a carebear. That was it. They prizes were overall bleh in the machines. Outdated Halloween theme plushies, temu-ish Pokémon, and assorted other unknown plush prizes. But that aside the thrill is really winning and not the actual prize a lot of the time right?! Welp the machines were awful, mismatched prizes inside machines where the claw was either too small to even open wide enough to grab a prize or too big that whatever it grabbed would just fall between the claw hands. Parents, save yourself the money and your kiddos some heartbreak and just take them to Dukes Lane and let them pick something to buy at one of those vendor carts. Luckily each kid won a prize and we just hyped them up so they wouldn't be as disappointed. If you're ever in SoCal we suggest ChibiClaws - A+ prizes and they even give you tips on how to play on the different machines to help. They're staffed well and make sure each kiddos leaves happy. I guess at tourist traps like Fantasy Claws at the International Marketplace they don't count on repeat business, so they're ok scamming. We visit Oahu often though and we for sure won't come back. You have been warned

Cutest arcade place! Won a cute Labubu after quite a few tries, and both employees were very nice!

    My winnings!

Came here on a date night with my husband and we had such a great time! Most games were only 1-2 tokens, so very reasonably priced. We won multiple plushies and even a gift card, and the attendant was very kind and explained the process very well. I always wanted to come to a claw arcade and this was a great one to do so!

All our winnings from today, such a fun spot!!

The staff here made our visit so much fun! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to help us throughout the games.

She led us to the claw machine with candy inside, opened it up and placed it in a way that was easy to win.

Staff were friendly and helpful, helping is get our bowling shoes and drinks. Drinks were good. Bar was limited (for us) but plenty of draft beer, but had enough variety. There are sofas and bar stool tables to sit at. Sofas are a bit worn and very deep but comfortable enough. Party room is spacious but comfy at the same time. Bowling was fun. It was a bit challenging to set up our names, but doable. There are four lanes and you have the usual option of gutters on or off. Adequate number of balls, plenty of shoes. Multiple (3) pizza choices, (2) sliders, and wings were available to us. Also a delicious Caesar salad, hummus and baba ganoush (?) and pita with veggies platter, fries. Not sure what else is available (should have grabbed a take out menu...) But offerings we had were plentiful. UH football game was on (Go Bows!) since it was a UH Watch party for us. It was a breezy day and the party room door was left open so the temperature was very comfortable. Not sure if they always leave the door open but it was good choice for today. Bathroom was clean (important to ladies!). Fun place to spend a few hours.

If they do have one I…read moreguess I missed it. lucky strike located in the Alamoana shopping center above the food court by macys not the main food court. The insides is pretty cool. A lot of games and lights, it's like an upscale fun factory. A different vibe from D&B more of an arcade. They do have a pretty cool sports bar section in the back or in the front, depending in which way you entered. This review is not for the games it is specifically for the bar side. The bar is pretty cool. It has a lot of monitors that are playing sports or other programs. The sitting area aint too big (pic) but I imagine very crowded on the weekends. They even have inhouse bathrooms that wasnt too clean but not nasty either. The food is all bar food such as burgers fries tacos fish and chips etc. I'm not commenting on the drinks because I dont drink. The service was kind of slow, but then again we went on a tuesday just before 5 pm. They had three staff that we could see. A bartender, a waiter, and I guess a host. The staff wasn't overly friendly but pleasant. The food was ok not good or bad just average. The prices was manageable specially it being in the mall and the portions was pretty good. I can see how this would be a cool destination to watch sports or a cool option for a weekend cruise spot.
