Does anyone know what kind of gaming chairs they have there? We went there for a party and love it but I forgot the brand.

We use Alienware S5000 Gaming Chairs. I am glad you enjoyed the party. Hopefully we see you all again!

Ala Moana DnBs is always a fun time. They have ample seating area so even on their busiest nights,…read morethe wait isn't too long. It's also a good place to host bigger events or parties because they have some private rooms you can rent and have them cater for. The food is always good. Pretty much what you'd expect from a gaming place! They have a very wide selection menu so even our vegan friend was able to find something to eat. The parking is fine, since they share parking with the mall. So if you go at night time after the rest of the mall is closed, lots of parking. During the daytime might be a little more tricky to find nearby parking. The music inside is a little loud so if you're looking to have a deep conversation with someone, this might not be the place for it. More of a fun scene!

This was my first visit to Dave & Buster's in its new Ala Moana home. Two mainland friends and I…read moregathered for a weekday dinner fueled by bar food, some overdue life updates, and a Dodgers game. I'm only reviewing the restaurant side of things, as I exercised remarkable self-control and didn't touch a single game. Location: Ground level of Ala Moana Center's Ewa Wing. For locals still emotionally attached to Shirokiya (RIP), consider this your cue to update your mental Google Maps street view to match present-day reality. Parking: Plentiful parking, perfect for groups, parties, solo missions, and varying degrees of coordinated chaos. Atmosphere: This place is MASSIVE - like someone aggressively optimized every square foot for maximum entertainment. As with all Dave & Buster's locations, one side is a bar-and-TV dine-in zone, while the other is pure neon arcade chaos. Compared to the Ward location, there's a mix of familiar faces and newer games sprinkled in, and everything is now neatly contained on a single floor. Food: We shared the garlic parmesan truffle fries and nachos. Both were solid - nothing groundbreaking, just dependable bar food doing its job. Portions were well-balanced - enough to feel satisfied, not enough to require lying down afterward. Drinks: Waters all around. In a sea of neon drinks and happy-hour energy, we were probably among the most hydrated people in the room. Service: Prompt, friendly, and completely uneventful - in the best way. Price: $15 per person. A bit steep considering these were shared appetizers. Would I return? The food is clearly meant to accompany the experience, not BE the experience. I'd come back to eat here, but only as part of the main attraction - though maybe my younger self is still in the background insisting I should've played some games...

I loathe these types of…read moreplaces - as a mom of a young child, these crane games have caused many of tantrums in the past back in SoCal. I think they are money grabs and the prizes are typically cheap. I swore I'd never walk into one again. My little one spotted one on vacation in Hawaii and I was sucked in. Day 1, spent $10 and got 50 credits. Each game is about 10 credits, so it's pricey. We didn't win anything in the main games, but there is a game that is a guaranteed win. This was a life saver - my kid grabbed two squishes from that game. Good move on adding this type of game. There's also a little box filled with balloon characters they have out with a sign that says "free". Despite them being junk that will just pile up in my house, at least it's something. Day 2 - spent $20 for 100 credits. Started with the squishes guaranteed win and moved on to grab a Stitch. The crane picked it up each time and dropped it right before it got to the shoot. I'm calling the machine a scam, and we try again. Sure enough, we got the Stitch! Then the luck continued at the next game when my kid won a keychain. Were the winnings worth $20, absolutely not. But I'm giving a positive review due to adding the guarantee game and the free balloon. Of course, I'm likely being generous since we won tonight - but in all honestly this wasn't the worst experience I've had at these types of places. Definitely one of the better.

Literally it does lol as this unmanned gaming center is a new fun spot in Windward Mall is found upstairs on the second level as I came to shop and Famous Footwear a couple doors away couldn't help but notice this new bright spot and after browsing around and noticed that it's filled with all the latest vibe like Sonny Angle, Sanrio characters and even some labubu plushies that isn't cute as the real thing but is a welcome addition to the craze. It's all claw machines of various types and yes is all unmanned and looks like if there's an issue you email them the happenings but you play using their gotcha card using the machine is nice and fancy as you can purchase with card or cash there are loads of fun even with just a few options I will admit it didn't give as much here but is a nice addition for a bit of fun catching some cuties. Thank you!

They had a variety of prizes, but we did notice a lot of capybara, my Melody, Kuromi, stitch, and Labubu themed plushies amongst other random prizes. I liked the customer service here. That usually makes or breaks a good experience. My cousins and I struggled to claw the toy we want (either the claw wouldn't reach the sides of the machine, or was positioned at a difficult grasp), the employee, without hesitation, helped us to reposition the plush. We left happy with our wins ^_^ Overall great fun to feed your gambling addition!!

So, I took my kids to this one and right when we got there the worker (who was a young foreign Asian girl) locked the doors for a "5 minute break" and didn't come back until after 10 minutes. When she unlocked the doors again, she opened it and closed the door behind her. She didn't keep the door open so we could walk through or even say that we can come in, she was very rude. When we walked in, she didn't offer any help on how to purchase tokens or provide the free bag when you purchase at least 20 tokens. I had to request it. As for the claw games themselves, for the tiny claw games, the prizes are too big for the claws so it doesn't even grab them. For some of the large claw games, the claw didn't even go all the way down to grab a toy. The plushies are also packed so tightly, it was impossible to win. It was definitely not worth the money or time. My older son said 10/10 it ruined his life forever lol We have been to Fantasy Claw in Waikiki and definitely recommend going to that one instead.
