I wanted to become a regular here but after my last visit, I don't think I will be coming anymore. I have gotten two brow laminations and three lash extension fills. My first brow lamination went well which is why I got a second one done. It was after the second one where I developed a bad reaction, either it was an allergy or chemical burn but I decided I wouldn't be doing those anymore, just my lashes. The second time I came to get a fill I went to Lesley who did an amazing job! So I figured the third visit I would book with her again on vagaro. When I came to my appointment, I noticed the lady who took me in did not look like Lesley but everyone was very new to me since it was only my third time here... my fill was pretty short compared to my other appointments and my lashes were not as full even though I'm pretty sure they know what kind of lashes you got last time. When I paid, it was also cheaper than the last time I booked a fill so I'm not sure if they offered me a discount for not having me with Lesley but soon after I saw the message of who they book you with, and to my surprise it was a completely different lady. Now I understand things can happen and maybe Lesley was not available but it would've been nice to let me know beforehand. Due to that, I will not be coming back unfortunately. I wanted to make this my go to place but after that, I don't want to deal with that again. read more

They offer good quality and they're fast. I like my lashes natural and there are a couple ladies there that are so excellent. Cathy is really good at Natural not everyone does Natural grade so you need to be sure they have experience if you prefer that natural lung versus lamb. I love it because they are available when I need them to be. I don't have to wait long and then look pretty quickly. I think they're materials are pretty good quality lashes. I went to get my eyelashes done at this place and my eyes started to itch. I went back and asked you to do it for me. I couldn't bear the pain. I had them remove it but they didn't clean it properly. There was no solution for me. I went to the doctor and they said I got an infection from the eyelash salon. Please be careful with this place. My eyes are still not healed.
