We wanted to know Exactly where the area was to return. One guy wearing Greg polo shirt with black pants pointed to the area. No one was behind the counter. We waiting a mins and asked the same guys if someone was coming in. With an attitude said someone upstairs will come down. No eye contact and continued talking to another employee. We finally got someone name Eddie. He was nice. Good customer service goes a long way.
