We talked about the pros and cons of multiple pairs, taking my specific needs into account. I felt satisfied with my selection and made the purchase. As a giant chain store, they have equipment and clothing for almost all of your athletic needs. I really most appreciated the service. That's what would bring me back here. I realized I only needed 3, so I immediately went back to the store with my receipt to return the extra one. That's when I was told they have a no-return policy, which was never mentioned at checkout. Refusing a same-day return with a receipt for an unused item is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of customer service. If they're going to enforce such a strict policy, customers should be clearly warned before paying. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.
