My son has his first football season coming up and we were recommended to visit Play It Again Sports. Jacob came around to meet us at the door and welcomed us to the store and offered to help us. It was really nice! He listened and answered all my questions, and showed me what to look out for when my son tried on the helmet and pads. He made the visit fun for my son, referring to Minecraft and offering shoulder pads that had "real gold" on it and said it was $1mil. Lol. My son got a kick out of that. Jacob got us squared away with padded pants and a practice jersey. They didn't have my son's correct helmet size and color in stock, so Jacob made sure to take my number down so they can call me when it comes in. Which brings me to the next awesome associate who helped us-- Cooper! Cooper called me and recommended I come down to have him try on the helmet since they just got a shipment in, and it was still a small quantity. Cooper helped Noah get the helmet on, and made sure we had the correct cheek pads. Both young men were very helpful and kind, and my son thought they were the "coolest bros" ever. Thanks! read more

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and helped by the staff throughout our visit. The store is very well stocked with everything you can imagine. They have baseball, football, ski gear and clothing to name a few. We were looking for broken in baseball gloves for a new baseball season. While we didn't purchase a broken in one, we found a perfect new one that we can break in ourselves. They have a great selection of new and used baseball bats to select. We picked out a pre owned club ball and little league bat. The staff helped us with sizing and making sure we had the correct bat for the specific league we were looking for. We found some really great used cleats as well for a good price. We purchased new tape for the bats and they put it on for us and the bats look awesome. They also gave us a military discount with ID and that was much appreciated. I really love this store and hope they do well so they can open even more locations. 100% would recommend. Expert advice and service. I don't know a lot about baseball bats. When I was little you just shared the neighborhood bat. So helping my son pick out a bat is not easy. They had an amazing selection on used and new bats and the workers there made sure I understood the different bat types and what would give me the best value. They also offered to put the new grips on the bat for us. Out of all the sports stores play it again made sure it was a smooth shopping experience. I didn't shop there much. My son just started to play Tball and we needed tee for practice. My friend went there and they didn't have it in stock, but promised to call her when they get it. They called next day and put it on hold for her! I went to pick it up and sweetest Lyn helped me with transaction. After that she went outside to put it in the car. Watch and learn sales people!!!! My son was starting his first "Learn to Play" hockey class and we went in on New Year's Eve to get him all geared up. Neither one of us knew what we were doing or what to look for. All we had was a list of required hockey gear that was needed. Luckily, we were greeted by Colby right when we entered. Having played hockey himself, he knew exactly how to help us and how to make sure the gear fit correctly. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. Can't say enough about this place!! I was looking for a specific bat, but live about 30 minutes away. The person I spoke to on the phone listened to my description, took my phone number and texted me pictures of possible bats. They held it for me to come and pick up that day.
