Upon arrival instead of a warm greeting my father is approached with an attitude as if we did not pay for their services. When explaining that we have paid we are forced to cancel our appointment are told we need to pick a different date to better accommodate them. Never in my life have we been treated so poorly on multiple accounts. And it is not until we ask for a manager or a name that we are told they will try to "fit us in" for an appointment we paid for.

The experience began the moment I walked in the door. The environment was calming and so very peaceful. She even has a little fish tank with a Buddha in it! Nicole did a full interview with me based on the paperwork she had me fill out to make sure that the massage she would give was in line with what I was looking for and that my body was needing. What followed was 90 minutes of pure bliss. She incorporates many signature touches in the client experience and she really understood my body structure and alignment and did some deep work on my "kinks". This wasn't one of those "diggy" deep massages where you're biting your finger in pain. Something about the way that she moves her hands creates deep work while at the same time soothing the muscle. The attendant was out of the room more than she was in the room. She actually took 2 phone calls during my session and 2 other times another person came in the room to talk. Usually your neck, shoulders and décolleté is included. Not so in this case. Usually a hand massage is also included. She rubbed my arms and skimmed the top of my hands. I should have known this was not a class act when she asked for payment up front. The rooms were so small she bumped into the table every time she got up. At one point she half sat on the bed to look at a machine or products she needed. She was not prepared and I laid on the bed for 10 minutes before she came in.
