They confirmed over the phone that everyone is required to wear masks and that they are sanitizing as much as possible, so that made me feel good. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the spacing between guests and the fact that it wasn't very busy. I don't know if this is typical though, or if it was just my luck. Obviously during normal times and not covid times, this wouldn't be good, but it made me feel a lot safer right now. I wasn't able to see Mallory so I was Logan instead. Logan was awesome! She understood exactly what I needed and took care of me. She was also super personable and did a wonderful job. I only got a cut and dry this time, no color. I will definitely return in the future.

I booked a session and literally sat in their waiting area trembling and feeling like I so did not belong there. That all changed with Leslie. This sweet woman immediately put my mind at ease. She was more than willing to explain everything one step at a time, and work at my comfort level. It took her less than five minutes to have me relaxed and giggling.
