I absolutely loved the spa at Bella Collina. From the moment I walked in the door I felt extremely welcomed. The atmosphere was relaxing. The robes were comfortable. My massage with Jennifer was the best massage I've had in the area. I will definitely be back. The only things I would change would be the music, slippers, and decor. The music was a little too upbeat and loud. It felt like Rock spa music. The slippers weren't very comfortable and hurt my feet. The decor is a little outdated. Based on the outside of the property I was expecting the inside to be much nicer than it was.

I've only been here twice, but this will be our go-to spa when I'm visiting Orlando. I first came across this spa when researching places to have a sister spa day before her wedding. You get a confirmation email when you book and a reminder the day before. It's about 30 minutes outside of Orlando tucked within a private neighborhood. It's gated with a guard when you first drive up. You give your driver's license, and they ask the reason for your visit. The driveway up is all cobblestone, so there's a 25 mph speed limit. Once you reach the top, you can either park in the garage or keep going for uncovered parking. The grounds are lovely. It's like being in Tuscany. There's a beautiful fountain before you enter the doors to the spa on the left. My sister has been here for a wedding once. Highly recommend for the scenery alone. Like all spas, you fill out some paperwork. They give you a key to the dressing area with lockers, showers, and restrooms. It's also nice that they have an accessible restroom with a shower and foldable shower bench. The only thing is that I didn't see an elevator. The spa rooms are upstairs about 2 flights up. Before your spa appointment (and after), you can enjoy the mini outdoor courtyard that's enclosed or the meditation room. There are lounges with teddy bear Ugg blankets. They ask if you want a glass of champagne or infused water. There's also hot tea available. They have snacks in the meditation room such as mixed nuts, mini Kind bars, trail mix, and chocolate covered almonds. All of the massage therapists/aestheticians have been wonderful. I had added features to my massage and facial since it was my birthday. I personally think they have great specials. We took our mom with us this time. We all left feeling relaxed. It was a nice break away from all the festivities. I'll be back!!

My friend and I had a lovely girls day visit to the spa. It was very relaxing. The services were excellent. I enjoyed a massage as well as a deluxe facial. The facial was particularly fabulous. The staff is very friendly. The products they sell are very nice and fairly priced. All within a beautiful serine location. I would definitely recommend this place for a treat for yourself and anyone you love.

I got a pedicure done at Bella Collina spa and it was the best experience I have ever had Yuri my nail technician was amazing I am so sad to hear that they have now closed the salon they are no longer doing hairstyles, pedicures ,nails all I can say is I am so thankful I did not buy a house in the Bella Collina community. I pray that the community developer rethinks opening the salon again.

I was able to arrange and book massages for myself, mom and sister and they did not disappoint. The spa is beautiful, clean and we we had a luxurious experience. Definitely will be back !

Me an my mom getting facials today

First time getting a facial me and my mom and the venue is amazing The aesthetics were nice clean beautiful place my therapist was named Jessica and she did her thing. the prices are on the high end but I expected that just by the way this place looks. they provided everything (robe, slippers etc.), even after care refreshments and snacks. My therapist made suggestions for my skin care. Overall it was a pleasant experience and will be back.

It's a gated community with luxury homes built on a lake. There's a championship golf course designed by Nick Faldo, a spa, a gym and of course, a club. The architecture and scenery are breathtaking. When you arrive at the club, nothing here screams Orlando or tourist. Infact, it doesn't seem as if you're in Florida at all. The Rolling hills, and magnificent architecture make you feel as if you stepped into a villa in Tuscany. 5 star service all around. The food was over the top delicious. This is a spectacular venue for an event, especially if you want an experience that will never be forgotten.

Yelp Review I rarely…read morewrite negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience because I don't want another guest, especially another woman of color, to leave feeling the way I did. I originally booked this appointment after attending Bella Collina's Girls' Night Out event. The event itself was wonderful, and the spa offered special pricing if services were booked that evening. My mom and I both booked treatments, so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. Instead, I experienced one disappointment after another. From the moment I called for directions after my GPS brought me through the wrong entrance, the tone of the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the difference between Bella Collina and other luxury spas I have visited. There was no warm greeting, no orientation to the facilities, and no one escorting guests from place to place. I was simply pointed toward the locker room and later told where to go for my treatment. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what separates true luxury hospitality from an average spa. The interaction with my massage therapist made me especially uncomfortable. She asked whether I wanted the complimentary scalp massage. I explained that I was wearing a wig and would prefer not to have it. Instead of accepting my answer, she continued asking me the same question multiple times. As a Black woman, that exchange felt deeply uncomfortable. Black women wear wigs and other protective styles for many reasons, and I have never before had someone fixate on my hairstyle during a spa treatment. Whether intentional or not, the repeated questioning demonstrated a lack of cultural competence and left me feeling othered rather than cared for. The massage itself was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I became increasingly tense. I found myself asking to stretch throughout the session because my muscles actually felt tighter as the massage continued. That has never happened to me before. The facial was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. My esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me thoughtful advice about my skincare goals. She was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the problems continued afterward. I asked if I could pay before changing into my swimsuit so I could enjoy the spa pool, but I was told no because someone would have to walk me outside. After changing, I returned wearing my swimsuit underneath the spa robe and was immediately told I could not wear the robe outside. At that point, it felt like every interaction centered around another rule or another correction. Instead of feeling welcomed or accommodated, I felt policed. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly worried that they are doing something wrong. Eventually, I decided to leave instead of using the pool because I simply did not feel welcome anymore. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the poor massage or the lack of luxury service. It was leaving feeling that the staff lacked the cultural awareness necessary to make every guest feel respected and included. That feeling stayed with me long after I left. Bella Collina markets itself as a luxury destination. Luxury is not just beautiful buildings or expensive treatments. Luxury is exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience.

I wasn't sure what to expect so I decided to do the group class, at $35, instead of an individual session. Group classes are held when there is a significant change in astrology, so about twice a month. I brought a yoga mat, pillow, and water bottle to the class as instructed. Upon arrival, Liz, the owner/practitioner, made every feel very welcome, even if you hadn't done Holy Reiki Fire or Sound Bath therapy before. There were about seven of us total in the class with half new like me. We were all asked to get comfortable on our yoga mats and close our eyes and put on blankets or eye masks if we wanted. Since I didn't know what to expect, I declined and just lay on my mat with my pillow. First, Liz took us through a meditation scenario where we imagined ourselves in a peaceful place and then she started the sound therapy. Wow. I guess it thought this would only affect my hearing but you can definitely feel the vibrations of the sound throughout your body. It's hard to describe but it felt like I was floating a bit and a vortex of sound was rotating around me. At first I didn't know what to think or feel but as the sounds continued, I did feel all those annoying voices in my head, that think about what to do for dinner the next day or the laundry or any worries, just quiet and I did feel like I could focus. The session lasts about 45 minutes and I do have slight sciatica so I had to shift my legs a bit during the session. And afterwards I did feel refreshed. If I do this again, I think I would bring another mat or blanket to give my back more support and use an eye mask. It was a pretty neat experience overall.

Housed in a converted home, the massage room had a mildew smell, and the equipment was subpar, with a broken table and an improvised head frame causing discomfort. The awkward intake involved the therapist asking about what my body was telling me, without clear focus on pressure preferences. The massage itself was disappointingly more of a light rubdown than a proper massage, with minimal pressure, resembling a family member's attempt at a neck massage. The therapist incorporated sound bowls, though lacking the proper equipment for an effective sound bath. The session abruptly concluded with a discussion about my body's rotation, leaving me to change on my own. The positive note was the reasonable price, although still overpriced for the service. Overall, the experience fell short, highlighting the need for better therapist vetting, standardized procedures, and more comprehensive training to align with advertised services. The visit felt more like a meditation stretch than a massage, leading to a regrettable and misleading experience. Best of luck to this business, hope things can get better!

Hence the four stars. However, the front office and overall check-in/check-out process felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. I was asked to arrive early, but when I got there there were no intake forms to complete. There was a tablet displayed for sign-in, but instead of using it I was asked for my name and then told to manually sign in on a clipboard. The process just felt a bit inconsistent. I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual. I'm hopeful the front desk experience will feel a bit smoother next time before I decide whether to switch locations.

I also loved browsing the selection of at-home wellness products available for purchase -- a nice touch for anyone wanting to extend that spa-like feeling at home. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, clearly explaining the float process from start to finish, including what to expect before, during, and after the session. If you've never tried flotation therapy before (also known as sensory deprivation or REST -- Restricted Environmental Stimulation Technique), it's a unique experience where you float in a pod of warm water filled with a high concentration of Epsom salts. The result is a near-zero gravity feeling that can help with stress relief, pain management, improved circulation, and deep relaxation. I booked a session hoping it would help with some persistent neck and shoulder tension -- and it absolutely did. During the float, I was finally able to stretch areas I hadn't been able to move in weeks. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves to a unique, restorative wellness experience.
