First of as a religious spa goer, this is 100% my favorite spa in the Orlando area. The beauty starts as you drive in. Instantly transported out of Orlando. It's easy to get lost but once you find the spa the beauty continues into this Italian country side vibe. The facial was amazing! , Jessica was so kind and informative of what my facial would entail and what results I would see right after. The room was comfortable and I didn't feel rushed at all. My skin was glowing! And if you are a relaxation room girly like I am, these rooms are 10/10 and snacks are available to join your post champagne chill. Yelp Review I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience because I don't want another guest, especially another woman of color, to leave feeling the way I did. I originally booked this appointment after attending Bella Collina's Girls' Night Out event. The event itself was wonderful, and the spa offered special pricing if services were booked that evening. My mom and I both booked treatments, so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. Instead, I experienced one disappointment after another. From the moment I called for directions after my GPS brought me through the wrong entrance, the tone of the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the difference between Bella Collina and other luxury spas I have visited. There was no warm greeting, no orientation to the facilities, and no one escorting guests from place to place. I was simply pointed toward the locker room and later told where to go for my treatment. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what separates true luxury hospitality from an average spa. The interaction with my massage therapist made me especially uncomfortable. She asked whether I wanted the complimentary scalp massage. I explained that I was wearing a wig and would prefer not to have it. Instead of accepting my answer, she continued asking me the same question multiple times. As a Black woman, that exchange felt deeply uncomfortable. Black women wear wigs and other protective styles for many reasons, and I have never before had someone fixate on my hairstyle during a spa treatment. Whether intentional or not, the repeated questioning demonstrated a lack of cultural competence and left me feeling othered rather than cared for. The massage itself was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I became increasingly tense. I found myself asking to stretch throughout the session because my muscles actually felt tighter as the massage continued. That has never happened to me before. The facial was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. My esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me thoughtful advice about my skincare goals. She was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the problems continued afterward. I asked if I could pay before changing into my swimsuit so I could enjoy the spa pool, but I was told no because someone would have to walk me outside. After changing, I returned wearing my swimsuit underneath the spa robe and was immediately told I could not wear the robe outside. At that point, it felt like every interaction centered around another rule or another correction. Instead of feeling welcomed or accommodated, I felt policed. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly worried that they are doing something wrong. Eventually, I decided to leave instead of using the pool because I simply did not feel welcome anymore. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the poor massage or the lack of luxury service. It was leaving feeling that the staff lacked the cultural awareness necessary to make every guest feel respected and included. That feeling stayed with me long after I left. Bella Collina markets itself as a luxury destination. Luxury is not just beautiful buildings or expensive treatments. Luxury is exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience. read more

My massage with Jennifer was the best massage I've had in the area. I will definitely be back. The only things I would change would be the music, slippers, and decor. The music was a little too upbeat and loud. It felt like Rock spa music. The slippers weren't very comfortable and hurt my feet. The decor is a little outdated. I've only been here twice, but this will be our go-to spa when I'm visiting Orlando. I first came across this spa when researching places to have a sister spa day before her wedding. You get a confirmation email when you book and a reminder the day before. It's about 30 minutes outside of Orlando tucked within a private neighborhood. It's gated with a guard when you first drive up. You give your driver's license, and they ask the reason for your visit. The driveway up is all cobblestone, so there's a 25 mph speed limit. Once you reach the top, you can either park in the garage or keep going for uncovered parking. The grounds are lovely. It's like being in Tuscany. There's a beautiful fountain before you enter the doors to the spa on the left. My sister has been here for a wedding once. Highly recommend for the scenery alone. Like all spas, you fill out some paperwork. They give you a key to the dressing area with lockers, showers, and restrooms. It's also nice that they have an accessible restroom with a shower and foldable shower bench. The only thing is that I didn't see an elevator. The spa rooms are upstairs about 2 flights up. Before your spa appointment (and after), you can enjoy the mini outdoor courtyard that's enclosed or the meditation room. There are lounges with teddy bear Ugg blankets. They ask if you want a glass of champagne or infused water. There's also hot tea available. They have snacks in the meditation room such as mixed nuts, mini Kind bars, trail mix, and chocolate covered almonds. All of the massage therapists/aestheticians have been wonderful. I had added features to my massage and facial since it was my birthday. I personally think they have great specials. We took our mom with us this time. We all left feeling relaxed. It's taken me a minute to write this review because I was very conflicted with my experience at The Spa at Bella Collina. Let me first start this review by saying the spa is absolutely breathtaking. As soon as you get out of your car you are immediately put in a state of relaxation. Here's where I was conflicted. I made a reservation for myself and my mother as we wanted to enjoy a little mother daughter time. I made two appointments at 1:00pm (one 60 minute Swedish massage and one 60 minute hot stone massage). About 20 minutes prior to our scheduled appointments I received a phone call from the receptionist letting me know that my therapist was no longer available at 1:00pm and would now be available at 2:00pm (a whole hour later). This was a complete inconvenience as my mom service was still scheduled for 1:00pm and she would have to wait almost 2 hours after her service was complete for me to finish my service. One would think that after this major inconvenience they would have tried to "make it right" in some kind of way. Nope, nothing! Just a thank you for coming and hope you come to visit us again which was very disappointing and probably will deter me from visiting The Spa at Bella Collina when I am back in the area. read more

This was my second visit to Bella Collina spa for a facial with Jessica. She is incredibly talented and takes a consultative approach to skincare for her clients, which I greatly appreciate! I walk out feeling amazing and just really think she is the best esthetician I have ever met! Before coming to BC the first time a few months ago, I had never really been to a day spa; just had facials at Hand and Stone. This was a much different experience due to the beauty of the grounds and spa itself. However, to call a place a day spa, it should offer me the ability to soak in a hot tub, or sit and sweat in a sauna. Bella Collina has nothing of the sort. Either you're actively getting a service, or you can sit in the relaxation room. That's about it. For the prices of services, one would expect additional offerings of jacuzzis and sauna. Let me start by saying this place is beautiful. Perfect for pictures and taking in the scenery. I booked massages for my girls and I for my birthday celebration. Everything was fine until we arrived and we just did not feel that warm a welcoming feeling from the ladies at the front reception. Now, our massages were great. When we were done we saw other ladies offered champagne and we had to ask if we had to purchase for the front desk to even offer. It was a beautiful place but the hospitality was not the greatest. Beautiful location, wonderful massage and amazing staff! Deanna (sp?) at the front desk is an absolute gem. From the first phone call setting up the couples massage to the day we showed up, she was just such a sweet person and super attentive. We went on my bday and I was pregnant and she even remembered to wish me a happy birthday when I showed up. I believe Jeanne (sp?) was my masseuse and she did an incredible job for a prenatal massage. My husband also really enjoyed his massage as well! You can make a great day out of the spa here. We had a delicious meal at the 19th Restaurant for lunch and then spent some time at the pool right next to the restaurant and then headed over to the spa. Well, this place is absolutely gorgeous. Their motto is spirit of Tuscany in the heart of the Florida Highlands. It lives up to its promise. You're driving down 50 past all the car dealerships and new residences, and all of a sudden you see this beautiful Tuscan-style structure. This place is truly a gem. The property is absolutely beautiful, and -- in my opinion -- an escape from the everyday. I felt I was in Tuscany. Just walking around the property is absolutely relaxing. As for the spa experience, it is costly but it matches the quality and service you receive. My husband surprised me with a massage for my birthday. Everything from the check-in, locker area and actual massage experience was perfect. I was taken aback by how beautiful the overall space was ... it's huge and super impressive on the inside of the building. And it's very relaxing. Bella Collina Spa is hands down, without a doubt, the largest and most beautiful spa in or near Orlando. It's simply stunning. HOWEVER the menu of services and knowledge base of the staff is severely lacking and I do not view this facility as a "day spa." There are no nail or hair services, no wet areas, and no true spa snacks or amenities to enjoy. I received a 50 minute hot stone ($135 inclusive of gratuity) which while Michelle did a great job, it was not the service I booked. I emailed about the "monthly special from the website" which was an 80 minute hot stone with a foot scrub. Despite my written evidence of the service I thought I booked they were not able to accommodate my original service nor was I offered any kind of compensation or discount for the mix up. The front desk attendant doubles as the locker room attendant and the woman was unable to confirm which of two lunch menus laid out was the "non member menu," she was not aware that the "non member restaurant" was closed (which we discovered when we went for a late lunch after our service), and I had to specifically ask about spa snacks which are listed on the website - which ended up being dried cranberries and almonds with choice of hot tea, water, or wine. The front desk did however provide an ice pack upon request for my friends injured foot but did not bring it into the locker room "because the doors on the showers are clear and she didn't want to make us uncomfortable." Speaking of which, indeed the showers have clear glass doors which makes zero sense unless you are an exhibitionist. Besides the bathroom stalls with toilets there is no private or discreet area to change your clothes. The robes provided were very luxurious and lovely, paperwork is minimal, and you are given a locker for your belongings with a key. There are no lounging areas to sip a beverage and eat almonds to chat and relax pre or post service. To get between locker room and treatment area you have to use 2 flights of stairs which was particularly challenging and perilous for my handicapped friend - I insisted on following her up the stairs in case she stumbled with her crutch. Nothing like a little cardio and high stress right before a massage! Overall, again, the large venue is positively stunning but the lack of service options, only base level toiletry amenities, no wet areas, and a poorly trained staff on top of high prices make this place a one and done for me. I hope they can make some adjustments to entice me to give them another chance. It's just 1 notch above a Hand & Stone and for now your money and time is better spent at a true full-service day spa. read more

This is hands-down our favorite spa in the Orlando area. It's everything we used to love about the Ritz spa, but tucked away in privacy and wrapped in the relaxation and beauty of a place that makes you think you have stepped out of Florida and right into Tuscany. The spa treatment we love the most is the couples massage followed by a soak in their double copper tubs. Of course, no romantic spa day would be complete without the addition of chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne, enjoyed while in the copper tubs! My husband and I are so hooked on their treatments we book this getaway regularly. After our spa bliss we head on over to their restaurant, The 19th Hole for brunch or a late lunch. This place is amazing, it almost feels like you are entering another country. I purchased a massage and facial off of a discount site, and had heard great things about how gorgeous the area was. We arrived early to really take it all in. It is a bit odd seeing so much land without much housing, a sign of the housing market, but there is so much space out here. A beautiful golf course, rolling hills, and then you arrive at the clubhouse/spa area. It really does feel like you are in Tuscany, with stone architecture, large fountains, and just a great layout. The best description I could give here is that it truly lets you feel like you are completely unplugged from the outside world. The people there know how to take care of you, and they did a great job with the massage for my wife, as well has her facial. The facilities are clean and spacious, and you can get on their email list and get offered discounts to come back every now and then. If I saw another great deal on one of the discount sites, I'd grab it up in a heartbeat. This would be a beautiful location for a wedding as well, which was our thoughts once we stepped foot on the property. Bella is a dream come true. I always have such high expectations and feel like they can never be met, and this venue exceeded everything. I worked hand in hand with Danilla and she was on it! Her response time is amazing, and they truly make you feel like a special bride and that your day will be handled at its finest. Even on the day of my wedding, my hair and makeup girl cancelled on me, and they called two people to come onsite at the spa and they got me in right away and made be feel beautiful, and were so accommodating, we also rented out the executive house and that made our weekend with family and friends a weekend to remember. They have the best customer service that is 5 star, the venue is 5 star, the food is 5 star, I booked this place blind w/o even visiting and my first trip for wedding bliss, I was blown away, my coworkers and family kept saying that our wedding was like the royal wedding and asking how I found this place. During my visit to Florida my friend treated me for my birthday. I must say it is one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. It was made to look like an old vineyard. I think it looked like an old castle. The service was amazing and my massage therapist Katherine was wonderful . I would definitely visit again. Though my massage/masseuse was good and the setting was nice, this spa offers nothing more than a day spa. If you don't mind driving 35 minutes from Orlando for just a massage, this is the place for you but if you're expecting an afternoon of relaxation with a tranquility room, jacuzzi, sauna and other amenities, forget about it. The only amenity offered is a unsheltered shared courtyard that's between the ladies and gentleman's side where cushions can't be left on the chairs for fear of them getting wet in the rain and I can only imagine if anyone can sit there on a sweltering summer day because it was stuffy and warm in February. I was told by the spa manager that they do have a jacuzzi but that was in the men's locker room where spa guests are not allowed and no jacuzzi in the women's areas. Having to wait for my wife because she chose multiple services, I even had to get a special pass to just wait poolside because the pool is for members only. This place could be so much more , beautiful setting but poorly planned and certainly laid out by someone with little spa experience. More disappointment than relaxation. They really should keep this spa private for members only because they are not suited to serve outside guests. read more

Amazing experience! Decided to do a spur the moment couple massage with my fiancé because we both had the day off due to a rainy day, they were able to get us in today! The pricing was great so we scheduled our appointment. We are both from the area but it was like going to a different country! Such beautiful landscaping and gorgeous architecture of the club house. We walked into the Spa and were welcomed by very friendly staff, and given instructions to go change in the locker rooms. The locker rooms are clean and beautiful, they have a robe, towel and slippers in the locker waiting for you. When I came out of the locker room we waited in a comfortable sitting area with a glass of wine while we filled out paperwork. Then we were greeted by our massage therapists and taken to the couples room. My massage was one of the best I've over had, my massage therapist relieved so much tension in my back that I have a lot of issues with, while also maintaining a relaxing rejuvenating massage. My fiancé has never had a massage before and it was an amazing first experience for him. We were both so relaxed after our session, we will definitely do this again! After the massage we checked out with the lady on the desk (I think her name was Angela) I had many questions about other services that Bella Collina has to offer and she was able to answer all of them for me, she also recommended the restaurant next door and we had a fabulous lunch. I was told by the spa director that they do have a jacuzzi yet that was in the men's locker room where spa visitors are not permitted and no jacuzzi in the ladies' regions. Waiting for my better half since she picked numerous administrations, I even needed to get a unique go to simply hold up poolside in light of the fact that the pool is for individuals as it were. This place could be a great deal more , lovely setting however misguided and absolutely spread out by somebody with little spa encounter. More disillusionment than unwinding.
