When I tried again to ask how much longer I needed to wait for an order that had been placed an hour earlier, he didn't even listen to me, cut me off mid-conversation, and walked away. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and disrespectful. This is not something I will forget, and I'm sure they treat other customers the same way. They should understand that this is the United States, where customer service truly matters, and it's the customers who give value and credibility to a business.
