This place ranks in my top one or two for Thai food in the Boro and the whole of Middle Tennessee and that is saying a lot! The Lao papaya salad with anchovies instead of crab was phenomenal, the Beef in the beef salad was so tender and tasty and the flavor was amazing. The Broth for the pho some of the best I've ever had...such good flavor... This place really surprised me! I thought it would be just ok since it was a sushi/Thai fusion place, but it was late and I felt like some Asian food and saw some good reviews so Decide to try it with my cousin Sunthy who is Lao, and he thought it ranked up there with Pad Thai Cafe

I dined at Love Thai Sushi on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 6 pm. First impressions, the interior of the restaurant looked drastically cleaner and up to date compared to the other sister location in Christiana. I did notice the food quality to be just about the same however. Food: The steamed wontons tasted flavorful and had a nicely seasoned filling. My only criticism is that I wish the dipping soy sauce was served on the side instead of on the plate so it's a more cleaner presentation and people can regulate how much soy sauce they like on their wontons. The papaya salad tasted good. However, I don't think it should be served in a pool of liquid so the papaya can remain fresh and crunchy instead of soggy. The fried chicken was cooked nicely, but slightly under seasoned; a very generic appetizer for any fried chicken lovers. The sausage was good - tasted like any Laos sausage I would expect from any Thai restaurant. Fried rice was very flavorful overall, but the pork was very under seasoned. The dancing tuna sushi was good - very nice presentation, and tasted fresh. Service was very attentive. The staff were very friendly and even gave my young cousin a free pair of kids chopsticks. The chef even came out to introduce himself. Waters were refilled regularly. Overall, a nice Thai/sushi restaurant featuring good tasting food that could use some minor improvements with excellent service. I will be sure to return.

Got to try this place last Saturday during lunch. The service was great and so was the food. I highly recommend their iced Thai tea, sushi and the pho. It's actually interesting but they have two kinds of pho here. They have the usual pho with beef, chicken, etc but they also have a tom yum based broth pho. My sis ordered the tom yum pho and it was surprisingly good. What a good fusion and twist to the pho we already know and love. We'll definitely be back. I thought the pho was definitely top tier for the boro considering we don't have very good pho options here.

I've been to the new location twice, and the food is just as incredible as their Christiana location. The flavors in what they serve don't need additional spice or seasoning, unless you want more heat. The BEST Tom Kha and Noodle soups around!!!

My family and I ate here as we love sushi along with thai food. We got several rolls along with papaya salad(thai style) and pho beef. All of which tasted great and service was prompt. They are working on getting alcohol at this location so be aware they might not have it when you come. Looked to be going to set up to have Boba as well which is great. I'll def come back here.

The food was good and came out in a good time , wait staff was on top of it. For a quick bite or food to go it was good.

Don't sleep on that Snow Crab Salad! Literally life-changing good! I could eat eat right now! The service is always good. They low key start to avoid you after you eat a certain amount. I don't mind, I wave them down. They come over real nice. Then almost relieved when you ask for the bill. I love it! I love the lack of bright lights throughout the restaurant. It's chill and makes it feel more private. I honestly cannot wait to go back. I wish I was there right now! Oh yeah! Before I forget! That Green Tea Ice Cream is very odd. Beyond odd. It's straight up weird. But oh my goodness, it's so addictive. I think I had 3 or 4 bowls. I regret not getting more. It's weird. Trust me. But with each taste, it gets more and more addictive. I want it now...

1 star. I've been…read morecoming here about every two weeks and have visited well over a dozen times. Today was my last. Anyone who has eaten here enough knows the game: the more pieces you order, the smaller each piece mysteriously becomes. Fine--it's their restaurant. What wasn't fine was having a man who appeared to be the owner/manager come to our table and tell us, "We can't serve you more fish." When I pointed out there is no limit listed anywhere on the menu, his response was: "If we can't make any dollars from you, we don't need you to come." Imagine running an all-you-can-eat restaurant and openly telling paying customers they're no longer welcome because they're eating too much. If your business model depends on shrinking the sushi and cutting people off when they actually use the all-you-can-eat menu, maybe don't call it all-you-can-eat. And if you can't handle customers eating what they paid for, then maybe you're not cut out to run an all-you-can-eat restaurant in the first place. Don't worry--I got the message. I won't be back.

They really do have it decorated with a rock and roll theme which is nice. The music was just a tad bit too loud for my liking but that's just personal preference. The service was ok. Our waitress was attentive during our visit. Her vibe was just a bit off though, kind of awkward but it didn't really bother me. The reason for the one star is the food. My husband and I both love crab Rangoon, we always get it when we see it on a menu. Unfortunately theirs is mostly the breading and barely any filling. There's only a tiny bit at the center of the wonton. I ordered their volcano roll and honestly it may be one of the worst sushi rolls I've ever tried. The temperature was very off-putting, it was like a weird Luke warm. Usually I'm used to rolls either being cold or hot if they're deep fried. The menu says the roll is fried but I guess they just mean the topping is fried and it's not the whole roll deep fried. I don't think anyone in my party really enjoyed their meals either. We all basically agreed we would not be back.

Tried the teriyaki, ginger, and hot chili and all worked well with rice and chicken. We had a large group and tried the steak, shrimp, chicken, mozzarella sticks, fries, California rolls, and spicy tuna rolls. Plenty of food and everyone had leftovers. Service Issue here was our server never turned on the flattop so when the chef showed up he to turn it on and leave for a while. We were told 5 or so minutes but he didn't return for closer to 15mins. Other than that, it was a good show, our drinks stayed full, and we were given plenty of to-go boxes. Ambiance This place is a lot bigger inside than you would think. If you're not doing hibachi, there's ample sitting. Each hibachi can seat 8 people. It's a little dim in there so when the fire is going on the hibachi you can really see it. Would I go back? Yep! Food on point, enough food for multiple meals, and very decent lunch price.

We asked to be seated at a table. I asked for the Habachi chicken with noodles instead of rice and vegetables. Our order was taken quickly and all of our questions answered. The salad came out soon after but we didn't receive soup. Not sure if that's part of the lunch menu or not but I've always gotten soup and salad at previous visits. When the Habachi chicken and noodles came out it looked extremely bare. The noodles looked and tasted like they were just boiled and smothered in sauce, not cooked or marinated on the Habachi grill. The same went for the vegetables. There was also so salt or pepper in sight. The chicken tasted good but the rest of the meal didn't complement it well. I just think it's kind of sad that it seems like I have to sit and watch them cook the food to make sure it's cooked appropriately and that the same quality standard is not coming from the back kitchen.
