I've been going here for a very long time and is my family and friends go to place. I live across town which is nearly an hour away but doesn't stop us from doing a pick up order! The prices are the best in town! Their lunch menu is very affordable and good portions. I love the family that runs it and they know I love their cooking! They also do party platters which we do as well. Nothing takes long for them to whip up and you to pick it up! Always hot and tasty! This place hasn't changes in flavor or have their prices changed much over the years. Great place for quality, speed, and budget. Give it a try you'll see what I'm saying and you'll find it to be one of the best Chinese spots in town!

That is covered up now because their original offering of eight different shapes made on site is down to only one. Two other offerings are NOT made on site. I ordered flat noodles and was quite disappointed. They were not made there, were overcooked and tasted bland. The broth and the meat were still wonderful. While service was excellent when they first opened, it is quite poor now. You must order off a tableside wireless computerized menu. I do not like that, preferring the nice menu they had before so I could skim and scan to zero in on my choice. When I asked if I was allowed to talk to my server, she said, "only if I am not busy". Sorry, but I like to discuss the menu options to learn more and see if I could customize my order. At the end of the meal, my server asked if everything was OK. I voiced the complaints listed above and she said, "Yea, well, that's the way it is now. You must have come when we first opened. Things have changed." One of the employees from the back made me very uncomfortable. When he was not busy (which was often) he would stand behind the counter and either cross his arms or put them on his hips and stare at the dining area. I had a very hard time avoiding his gaze. I thought his interest was on me only. I will NOT come back. There are better restaurants closer to my house. This place has really gone downhill. In fact, she said that the same owners owned another nearby restaurant. I will not be there either.

This little restaurant on Main Street, right next to MTSU is a nice find for terribly tasty food. I have yet to try anything that was not totally delicious--their rice, noodles, roast pork, egg rolls, fried mushrooms--are particular favorites. The service is very friendly and professional, very nice run family business. I haven't given 5 stars b/c in all the years I've been going there, they have not made any improvements to the facility. It needs a little upgrading. Otherwise, I totally recommend it for the food. read more

My family has been going here since I was a kid in the 80's. It is the best Chinese/Thai food around. Authentic and fresh. The business is family and locally owned. Any of the negative reviews on here must reflect a lack of tastebuds or inexperience with authentic Asian food. This is not a chain place. It is the real deal. The building is pretty old and could use some fresh ups, but don't let the cover of this great book fool you, the food does not suffer.
