My commute home from Johnson would have been 25 minutes, but it took me an hour and 25 minutes to get home from downtown. When I noticed the time, it was past when I should have been dropped. We were already traveling down E Wash and I was in the last seat by the bathroom, so there was nothing I could do at that point. Commuters beware if you use this stop! I sent a letter to the president of Burkhalter describing the agent's mistakes and asking for remediation. After receiving no reply I sent the letter again, this time by certified mail. It has been almost two months now and no reply, not even a form letter. So this is the level of customer service that one might encounter at Burkalter Travel.
