I apologize, but i dont remember the name of the lady that helped us, but she was AWESOME; she was incredibly knowledgeable, and helped us beyond what we could ask for. We showed her the minifig of ursula, and the lady noticed that the trident was missing, and the hair was wrong. We looked up the minifig online, and she was right. My wife was so disapointed that we spent a good amount of money, and some shady lego dealer scammed us. Seeing how upset my wife was the lady at the display for (itsablockparty.com - sorry again that i dont remember your name), told us we could swap our incorrect minifig with the right one from her. That blew us away with how nice that offer was, we didnt expect it. I tried to offer her some extra cash on the side to get herself lunch, and she wouldnt take it.
