TLDR: Dr Jalali and her staff are amazing and if you are considering this office, you should ABSOLUTELY go! Dr Jalali is amazing! I've been to my fair share of chiropractors throughout my life and she is by far the best! Not only is she amazing and super knowledgeable, but the staff is also very friendly and helpful too! I started seeing Dr Jalali about 6 years ago, and even as I moved farther and farther away, I would still make the drive to see her. Most recently, I drove an hour and a half from Long Beach and it was well worth it! It's incredible that I don't even have to tell her where the pain is and she can figure it out just by her assessment. Also, because I have been a patient for the past 6 years, everybody in the office is invested in my life :) they all as how my cat and family members are doing. They all go above and beyond with every patient and give the personalized touch. Now I am moving again to Northern California, and I would still highly consider traveling to see Dr Jalali again when my back and neck inevitable become out of wack it would be worth the traveling for sure! When I got into a car accident this year, my personal injury lawyer (Spencer and Associates) referred me to Dr Jalali and her team for my neck and shoulder pain. I am happy to say that received the best treatment! Everyone there is sweet, caring, and accommodating. Getting an appointment and rescheduling an appointment are a breeze, Every therapy session I had was relaxing. The staff made sure I got what I needed. Dr. Jalali is both smart and funny. My sessions with her always included laughter. Not only did I get physical treatment but also emotional and mental. :-) On my very first appointment with her, she explained to me what my body went through, how my healing process will be, and gave me advice on how to slow things down. When I had concerns with my fractured rib, she thoroughly examined me and made sure everything was okay. Whenever I had questions about my body (in general), she never hesitated to help. I even had a questions regarding my son and she also offered advice. Dr. Jalali is just amazing and very knowledgeable! Josh (the massage therapist) has the magic touch! After 15 minutes of being massaged by Josh, I felt immediate relief on my neck and shoulders! Sessions with him is much better compared to other massage places where they pound and knead your back for an hour. He has such a calming voice that just puts you in a relaxing state when he massages you. My last day at Dr. Jalali's office was bittersweet. I did not know that I was going to be released that day. I've been having the worse back pain due to being 6 mo pregnant and I called to get the package for 5 visits at $292 which I wanted in bill to my HSA. When I called they said their HSA card machine was down so I'd have to pay and then get reimbursed so I said ok I'll use my credit card. When I showed up for my appt they told me they only take cash or personal check so I had to cancel the appt.... who carries around $300 cash in their wallet without advance notice. Seems shady if you ask me that they only take cash or personal check. Nail shops even take cards nowadays, any reputable business in 2018 should take cards and if for some good reason they don't they should tell you to bring cash before your appointment . read more

My husband has had chronic pain in his neck for most of his adult life. He is an active guy who has had sports injuries, motorcycle injuries, etc. He had never been to a chiropractor and was very skeptical of doctors in general due to past bad experiences. I did my research and found Dr. Jalali and scheduled an appt for him to "give it a try". What can I say. I have never seen my husband walk out of a doctor visit smiling. He honestly felt better. She takes the time and meets with you during your session and doesn't settle on you feeling "ok" she strives to make you feel your best. After giving birth to my son I experienced a lot of different problems. I had carpel tunnel syndrome in my hand (my entire left hand was numb) and I continuously had this loud humming in my ear. I also had a lot of pain in my wrist, arm, shoulder and neck. I was a mess. I was a new mom and physically unable to care for my son properly. I went to my doctor who referred me to an ENT doctor as well as a doctor in physical medicine. Between three doctors and a lot of co-pays the diagnosis was nothing. Literally, there wasn't one. They all said I had some sort of post pregnancy trauma and it would go away in a few weeks. Well, NONE of symptoms improved and I started to freak out. A wonderful friend of mine said I should try a chiropractor. She said she knew one close to my house that she went to after her accident and she was great. Dr. Jalali in Reseda. During my first visit Dr. Jalali confirmed I had CPS but also diagnosed me with two additional conditions (I can't remember the exact terms). She said my hearing issue and problems with my arm had to do with a bundle of nerves I damaged in my shoulder (probably from using the squatting bar during a very extensive labor). She treated me that day. After three treatments the humming had subsided so much I actually heard my son cry from another room. I also had feeling back in my pinky and ring finger. I was ecstatic! I continued to see Dr. Jalali and after 6 weeks I can say I was 95% healed. She is a fanatic doctor! I really got to know her and she does so many things. She is not your typical Chiropractor. My mom has been suffering with GI problems for the past 40 years. She has had every test done and no doctor has helped her except for giving her antacids...great. She came with me a few times to my visits to see Dr. Jalali, so she can watch my son. My mom finally made an appointment for herself. She did treat her through a series of adjustments but told her that the GI issues were her body's way of reacting to her diet. She also gave her supplements (vitamins). My mom has lost about 10 pounds and doesn't have stomach pain constantly. We are so grateful!!! I would recommend her to anyone for anything. Medical doctors just don't have the time these days to really get to root of the problem nor do they know how to think out of the box. They just want to throw prescription meds at you.
