I've been coming here for four years off and on with my daughter. Dr. T. has done nothing but heal us both with whatever ails us. Always a laugh, always fun, always kind, always educational, informative, wise, and has the kindest staff. Marie is the therapist I always ask for and appreciate all the help and advice and healing hands. I have never had any issues with the front end staff as well and I am always leaving here a shirt of my next appointment. Thank you, Grsce. Thank you dr. Ara! I had this back pain for 5 years already, and coming to your facility is the best decision i made! You have no idea how hard it is for me to sleep to move because of this pain im having!Your adjustment lessen my pain of course with the combination of the therapy, i love specially you know after the treatment the therapist put a gel in my back, omg it felt so good!! Oh and i will never forget, I left my wallet in their restroom i was very worried because im not sure where i left it. One of the staff called me since its a friday and they're open until 12:30 and they are close on weekend, i ask a favor if she could drop at vallarta and she did. i have cash in my wallet that i withdraw that same day (for my rent) thats why im so worried. Called in with an authorization to get chiropractic care. Told me I had to wait 3 months for an appointment. I scheduled the appointment and waited the 3 months. Meanwhile my authorization expired so I went to my doc and got a new one. Call them up and they tell me I have to wait another 3 months because I'm a new patient. read more

This is the third Chiro clinic I went to. I got into a car accident last 2018 and my lawyer referred me in a Chiro clinic that is close to where I live.Sadly I was never satisfied with the treatment until I went into this facility. Dr. Ara is very nice and accommodating he really helped me I had extreme pain in my neck, head, shoulders, back, hips, and wrist. the treatment they gave me is superb! unlike before from my previous chiropractor, after adjustment, made me sit in a massage chair for 15 mins and that's it! The therapist of Dr.Ara did a great job too. The staffs are friendly, I have a 3 year old son, and most of the Time he is with me, and my little Henry likes them too!! (they always gave him treats :) I will definitely recommend this place too go. My condition has greatly improved! has made my life better.. less pain and better movement. read more

The filipino nurse, I believe her name is Marie Ann is such a _____. Every time I meet her she doesn't say hi and shows a bad attitude, as if she hates her patients and hate working there. She may be overwhelmed with too many patients but still, attitude should not be shown. Where's that care, of making the patients feel welcomed, non of that. One time I was 5 minutes late, she was like if you're going to be late don't come. Another time, I laid my body in the wrong direction, she said why did go in that position with a bad tone. Did not ask me any questions he didn't look at me or assess my condition started adjusting wrong body parts attempted to do my back couldn't do it tried four different times and sessions to get adjusted tried for 30 seconds and then gave up and told me he had already adjusted me very short and blunt unprofessional should not be practicing!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE! If you can GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place not only does it look unsanitary but the two filipino girls that work the front desk are the WORST! The first time I came to this place they didn't see me because it was "late already" although they close at 6pm when I came with my mother the first time it was barley 4pm my attorney sent me here since it was the closest Cairo to my home after a car accident I had, my attorney wanted my mother and I to be treated with Cairo right away so the very next day he sent me here. The 1st time coming to this place they saw my mother they did some electro light treatment that was half assed for 5 mins and then the women who does the messages Is such a c**t her attitude is the worst, she literally messaged my mom for another 5 mins and they called it "treatment" then we saw Dr. Ara and he did neck adjustments on my mother and I... that was our first visit literally a 15min visit it took longer filling all the bs paperwork they give you then the actual treatment. Well following along to our next visits I kept telling the receptionist I'm only available these days and at these certain times due to my job and this girl would try so many times to schedule me on times that I was NOT AVAILABLE I kept telling her NO I can't and yet she still scheduled me and would say if someone canceles I'll call you to move your appointment to the times you're available...never called as how I figured. So I was forced to do a no show due to the neglect of the receptionist not listening to me and not understanding I'm not able to show up when ever they want to schedule me due to the fact I have work. Well on the times I was able to come to this place the therapist messages are the worst, feels like a baby is rubbing your back or what ever area you request doesn't even try. The attitude she provides is so unprofessional she can't even say hello or goodbye or anything. If you're late a few mins she will lecture you through out the whole message and won't shut up about how you have to be exactly on time and not a single min late. A few times as I would wait people would call and the receptionist would answer and put them on hold and would say rude comments like "Agh so annoying stop calling" and would laugh with each other. I can keep on going about this place, over all it's just a terrible. The reviews you will see with 5 stars are old so don't believe them and if you see someone give a five star review that's new and they have a last name ending in yan or ian just know they're faking the review.. TRUST ME. Parking to this location is horrible. Don't go in the elevator that thing is so beat it you'll probably get trapped in there! read more

This one star (should be zero star) for the front desk receptionist who is in the main waiting room area. She very rude and unprofessional . My mom had left her phone behind and I went up to the doctor office to drop it off to her . I asked the receptionist if I could leave the phone to my mom and she answered very rude and I like I was bothering her , then she got a phone call from a patient and she seem to be more mad about that. One of the worst customer service ever...they dont care about ur health and they just charge ur insurance...the worst secretary ever...she wasnt polite and she hang off the phone for her fault. My old 90 years old grandma had an appointment there at 1:00 pm today and they sent her back...they drove all way from Glendale to Nothridge for this doctor. Even that rude secretary didnt have respect to answer my questions. I never turn back here again. I had the worst experience and I didn't even get to see the doctor! I first called approx 2 weeks ago to make an appointment and Martha said she would call me back in a couple of hours. She never called, so I gave her a few days thinking she was just busy and would call me when she had time. The following week I called again and was told by Martha that I would have to go in for a separate appointment just to fill out the paperwork. I had never heard of such a thing, but thought maybe they do it that way so the doctor will already have your info and will be able to assess your needs better when you go in to be treated. I drove all the way out there just to find that they closed early!!! I didn't even get a phone call. This office provides the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and is so unprofessional. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again! read more

Horrible chiropractor Ara Tepelekian and his staff. They don't even deserve a star. He was the first chiro that I went to so I have no one to compare with. My experience here was horrible. My friend told me that when she had her 1st visit with the chiro, it helped a lot for her back pain. Mine was not the case, when Dr. T did the adjustment, I could barely stand up and walk. My back pain worsen and the adjustment did nothing at all. The reason I kept coming back was my insurance covered 2/3 of the payment. Dr. Tepelekian was very distant to me and saw me briefly. During my 4 visits, he only saw me twice and the 2nd time I had to ask for him to see me. He didn't bother to ask me how's my back doing. and the worst part? When he saw me the 2nd time and asked me "what do you need from me?" I was so disappointed how unfriendly this chiro was. When I was about to leave and saw him with another pt, I said "bye doctor" I could not believe he ignored me. I told myself I'm done, he's very useless, he wasn't able to relieve my pain and he doesn't care to his patients. He's only after money (money hungry) and would love to schedule you for your next visits. My other complaint is his assistant Marie, she was fine during my 3 visits but the 4th one was entirely useless and she was rude too. I came in 15 mins late and she insisted I was late for 20 minutes and that she's in a hurry because she has another pt to treat. So ridiculous that they allowed me to come in and pay and treat me for less than 15 mins. She did the massage for 6 mins she claimed but The truth was, she did it for less than a minute and the laser as well. I even thought she didn't do the laser but she said she did. The receptionist, Martha, was also horrible. I paid my $30 co-pay and a week after she kept on calling me and told me I need to pay my co-pay but it's already paid and posted on my bank acct. Very disorganized. I wouldn't recommend this useless chiropractor to anyone. I assure you, you won't be relieved. I don't want you guys to experience what I've experienced. I just went to another chiropractor today and the experience was amazing, I was relieved on my first visit unlike with Dr. T. I won't be back. Never. read more
