Standing Ovation for their customer service! They are extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We originally came here to watch the game and smoke hookah as we just left a bbq. So we ordered something light after being there a little over an hour. The quesadilla was nothing short of amazing though. Packed with so much flavor full of meat and cheese. We asked for them to be grilled well to give it that extra crisp when biting into it! They were made to perfection. Now we did not know this was a BYOB and by the time we arrived at almost 12 am everything was closed. They are open until 3 am so even getting there late at night we were able to be seated quickly and chill (we did call ahead though). Our server actually got us these coolers (I think she got them from someone tbh lol because they did not serve alcohol of any sort) along with water bottles and light drinks. She was extremely helpful. The vibe in there is very chill and clean. The music choice was great as they had a mixture of afrobeats (my favorite), Spanish, and r&b playing. I will definitely be stopping past here for a nice meal again soon! It's definitely one of the best chill hookah spots here in Katy if you ask me. read more

The food here is pretty amazing. It's good quality Middle Eastern food. I'd also like to add the hookah is great when you want to stop off and get nice food and enjoy a nice hooker. This is a place to go. It's not the prettiest place with the scenery and decor however it gets the job done. read more

The best lamb chops and hummus in Katy!!! The owner really cares about his customers and always takes the time to greet every single table. He never forgets a face. The hookah is great, never burnt or too harsh. It's a great place to chill, or play card games with friends. The music isn't too loud and is a mix of afrobeats, Latin, and rap. read more

The food is fresh and DELICIOUS everytime we go. The service is wonderful; they can be busy sometimes but you will still get taken care of. They play a variety of music from hip-hop, rnb, afrobeats, etc. The vibes are immaculate the only "complaint" is the decor could be upgraded but it won't stop you from throughly enjoying yourself. read more

Would you believe me, if I told you, I went here for tea? Never been to a Lounge that I enjoyed this much. I really enjoy how this hookah lounge is operated. The music that's played, is soft enough to hold a low convo, and loud enough to enjoy. Faris Hookah serve the BEST TEA. I ordered the Black tea, which came with mint leaves in the serving kettle. Quality tea with thick quality Leaves. Kettle kept my tea pipping hot the ENTIRE stay. The Tea this place serve is better than any Starbucks, or tea house I've visit. Another hidden gem deep in Katy,TX.. Who would have thought? Solely based on hookah: I have been in search of a great hookah spot and think this place is by far my favorite. The smoothness and richness of their hookah and the quality is pretty great. Didn't make me feel light headed or give me a headache at all. Yesss! I spent my birthday night at this hookah lounge after a long day and a long drive to Katy. I'm glad to say it was worth it! The staff here is friendly and attentive. I ordered some tea which came out HOT and tasted balanced. The hookah we ordered was well made and they did not skimp. I really liked that this hookah lounge actually has paan flavor... it seems to be really hard to find since it seems a lot of people like the fruity flavors more. The hookah was clean and measures to prevent COVID spread was obvious. They take good care of their customers health, and I really appreciate that. The food was delicious. The grape leaves are some of the best I've had in the Houston area. I also ordered kibbeh which was delicious and moist! Actually it's the first time I've ever had kibbeh that wasn't dry as the Sahara... so I was grateful for that experience. I also ordered the beef kebabs which were pretty good, but the meat was a little on the dry side. Aside from that, there was decent flavor and the rice, salad, and hummus was delicious. All in all it's definitely worth the stop. Very affordable. The atmosphere is very relaxed, as it should be in a hookah lounge. They sell hookah flavors as well, so check them out if you are looking for flavor. read more

I really like coming to this place once a week to relax and smoke hookah! The ambiance... great! I enjoy coming here with friends but I've also seen people come with their computers to work/study. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place was in comparison to other establishments in Houston. First it's a great place to study, we went mid day on a Tuesday right after they opened. There are tons of seating and table options, something to fit everyone's needs. On top of that the staff were so attentive and helped us out any way they could. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. The food came out perfect & the pricing just can't be beat! Can't wait to come back again next time I'm in town! read more

I've been here several times for dinner but they changed menu and didn't have chicken kabobs anymore and were out of garlic sauce. Guess this will be my last visit. I gave 3 stars still because the good outweighed the bad overall. I don't smoke the hookah so can't speak for that outside the smell doesn't bother me while there. I always order takeout because I don't care for the hookah scene. I love how generous they are with their portions! I get the beef/lamb gyro for $7.49. It comes with fries! And the good kind too, the thin shoe string fries. The wrap itself is packed with meat and salad. They taste great too! I would highly recommend this place for some takeout on a lazy day. read more

Most hookah places are not as genuinely kind and their food sucks.... but NOT HERE! I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door not to mention their prices are affordable!!! I am used to driving about 30 minutes away to get good hookah. I just ordered a few moments ago and we already have and our drinks and hookah. You get the option of bringing in your own alcoholic beverage for only $1.99 charge...the music is current and I feel like this is my new little safe space. Not to mention AWESOME HOURS!!!!! It seemed very busy but the owner made space for our group and immediately cleaned our table. Service was great and fast. We ordered the black tea in a large pot and it was huge! Added a little sugar and it tasted delicious and authentic. I don't really hookah but my friends really enjoyed it here and commented about how smooth it was. Only taking out one star because the bathroom was filthy... and had a bad urine smell traveling all the way to the hallways and to where we were sitting so it was unpleasant. read more

First time there today. I meet up with a friend there, and we ordered the watermelon and mint flavor hookah and waters...yes we are lame...but we only went there to chat and hang out. The music was great they had a nice variety and not overly loud to where we couldn't hear each other talk. They have outdoor and indoor seating and BYOB. The people who work there are super attentive and I believe the owner was there tonight. He came and checked on us twice. Will definitely come back again soon. read more

If I chose to tip him, so be it, but being forced ain't cool. My biggest complaint was the price of everything. Now I'm a country chick and realize that prices are more expensive in the city. I was approached by the manager and I told her I needed a set up. She asked me what chasers I wanted and I said water and coke. I was charged separately for the water and coke that was supposed to be included in my set up.... so all together for a set up and a hookah, I paid over $60. I've never paid, IN HOUSTON, more than $10 for a set up and $35 for a hookah. Then they have small 4 oz paper cups to get the ice out with. After all this she attempted to charge me a bottle fee for each bottle I brought in. I sincerely think the young lady wasn't sure about what she was doing. Again she maintained her professionalism but she looked overwhelmed. Let's move on to those hookahs, the flavor lasted maybe 10-15 minutes and then the other lady who was helping refresh the coals was firmly pressing them down on the foil. I called her to the side and advised her that she was going to burn the shisha like that and sure enough my next puff was nothing but burnt shisha. They did replace it for free so I can't say much about that but overall....... The employees need training, I think they were overwhelmed and I think y'all were understaffed to serve the amount of people that accompanied this party... They seemed they had trouble paying for it not sure exactly but they did seem to try. It's BYOB.. hookah was flavorful and sweet how I like it! Vibes are chill but we did not get to watch the game. They gave us great discount for not having the fight on as they did tell us they had it on prior to coming. Nonetheless I would come again but not for any game/fight just for a chill nice vibes.

It showcased a heavy middle eastern influence since hookah is heavy there. The variety of options are given in a menu style and allow you to pick whatever fits your needs at the time. You are also able to freely smoke as long as you would like with the occasional waiter coming to replace the coals on your hookah. They also hire their DJs every night, so the music can change and control the mood depending on what is played. The do played a variety of music from hip hop to r&b and pop, there was no shortage on the tunes just know that they will change. The downside of this place is the smoke, if you're asthmatic or have trouble seeing this place might pose a couple of risk to you. You might have trouble breathing or being able to see the ground as you walk into the puff clouds of other patrons. There is also a mixture of patrons, some there to enjoy themselves and others to have parties and fun, if you're set on a flat consistent vibe then this may not be a place, there was someone on a couch enjoying their entire life while we were there, luckily we didn't care how they did anything it didn't interfere with us. Risk was also a major thing to be mindful of, the coals can be extremely hot and give damaging burns, people can also get sick from the hookah so be careful of the health risk and also use caution around the hookah to avoid coals!
