Second visit here. I had seen this off Grandparkway (99) in Richmond/Katy for awhile unsure of the type of lounge it was. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a casual upbeat vibe with R&B background music playing during the happy hour timeframe. Thought I'd drop a review this time. This place is good to drop in for some drinks & good R&B background playlist, earlier in the evening. Drinks were fine but nothing special about the drink menu. You need to know what you want & stick to the basics or menu drinks. They have a DJ that comes in later and also have themed nights such as Karoke, R&B on Th. I was there on Thursday, karoke night so they let me know i needed to leave by 8pm because the entire restaurant was booked with reservations. Chicken wings & chicken tikka (leg/thigh) were good, as were the lamb chops. The atmosphere works for me when I just want a chill, lounge R&B music vibe. This was a great find near me. I really enjoyed my first visit to Arabian Knight especially the music and food. The lounge is large with both booths and tables with houka available. The booths are large but the seat cushion was damaged and in need of repair but easily ignored. The bartenders did a great job of drinks on their menu but struggled with some of the classic cocktails. For a lounge, the food is really good with delicious goat chops, hummus and chicken. They have a great happy hour menu that I plan to take advantage of with my future visits. read more

The food is always decent, service, not so much. It took them 45 minutes to bring us our bill. I know we went on a super busy night, but almost an hour is excessive. There's always a mixed crowd, but I love R&B nights and reggae nights. I think they should also do a reverse happy hour meaning that it starts late till close. We visited Arabian Knight Restaurant and we enjoyed ourselves completely@richmond_arabianknight It's more a lounge vibe than a restaurant but the food was excellent. We ordered Dynamite Shrimp, Butter Chicken and some kinda Chicken 65 Fried Rice. In addition they have Happy Hour on Friday's from 3 pm to 9 pm. There's music, DJ and live music. We were looking for somewhere to watch the game, have drinks, and chill. This is definitely the spot! We met up with some friends and as soon as we sat down our waitress was ready for us. They had the music jamming on medium and the game on. Most importantly they had 5.00 side cars until 9pm. That made out night. We was there from 3-930. The dj came in around 8 and start jamming. The music was a bit too loud but still jamming. We ordered fries and dynamite chicken. Fries were awesome. Chicken was spicy with no flavor. However we still enjoyed ourselves. We've been coming here since August and I'm glad to see how the owner took our feedback and implemented changes. The food is great! We've had the Shrimp Hakka Noodles , which is delicious! The portion size is huge so my husband and I shared it. Tonight we had the Mozzarella Sticks and Dynamite Shrimp , which is spicy but one of my favorites! My go to cocktail is a Ketel One Lemon drop and the Cucumber Martini , which never disappoints! Of course we had to relax with a hookah .
