It has been years since I have ordered from Holmes McDuffy but I was still in thier system which made ordering for my Mothers funeral so much easier. Flowers were beautiful and arrived on time to the chapel and a surprise was a small vase of complimentary flowers from the ladies at the flower shop. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Holmes McDuffy Florists Inc. did a wonderful job for my mothers wedding. ALL of the flowers looked amazing, and my mother could not have been happier. They did a custom head piece for her, out of babies breath, and a beautiful sunflower on the back, and my mother looked like a goddess. Her centerpieces were also amazing (I'll be posting pictures), along with everything else. The flowers also stayed alive for almost two weeks. This will forever be my go-to florist!!! I wanted to send my daughter a nice floral arrangement for her 21st birthday. Instead of using FTD I called Holmes-McDuffy. Scott was very interested in flower selection and colors. I had to make a special request on the delivery since my daughter had to leave for work earlier than their usual delivery hours. They made it happen. My father recently passed away. I went to Holmes McDuffy Florists with one of my sisters and my mom based on what we reviewed on the internet. From the moment we walked in we felt well taken care of. The gentleman we spoke with was extremely understanding and made suggestions based on what our interests were. The flowers selected for this incredibly important event were beautiful. The roses were brighter and bigger than any I have ever seen. The displays were elegant. Following this experience I called this same florist from San Diego, where I live, because I was so impressed and others at the funeral commented on the flowers too. I needed to order an arrangement for my mother's birthday and so soon after her losing my dad. Well, again I felt well taken care of. the person taking the call remembered exactly who I was. I expressed what I wanted and appropriate suggestions were made. The quality of the flowers that arrived was fantastic. My mom shared a photo of them and also expressed her amazement at the quality of the flowers and the tasteful arrangement of them. I would recommend this florist to anyone. read more

I've been buying flowers at Homes McDuffy Florist for years. The NEVER disappoint. Every arrangement I've ever ordered has been big, and full and beautiful and they easily last a week. A friend was hospitalized and I wanted an arrangement that looked like an "exploding ovary." The arrangement was absolutely beautiful - it was red, white and silver and looked like ball of flowers! It may sound gross but it was gorgeous, and funny; the nurses loved it as did the patient! I'm writing a review today because I ordered birthday flowers yesterday and they only cost me $50.00 and they huge and beautiful. If you need flowers, give Homes McDuffy a try - you'll be glad you did. :) oh, I forgot to mention that I don't live in Brockton - whenever I need flowers (that I don't need delivered), I drive a 1/2 hour to Brockton to pick them up, its worth the trip. read more

I have gotten many beautiful arrangements over the years from Holmes Mc Duffy. And I have always been beyond pleased. So when I was helping plan my sisters baby shower, I knew exactly where I wanted to go to get the centerpieces from. As always, they were beautiful! The shower was 2 weeks ago and I still have one of the centerpieces at my house. Still alive and still beautiful!! I highly recommend them to everyone. They are great people and a great florist.
