Erin was such a joy to work with! Our venue was covered in oak trees and we found out just weeks before our wedding that they had been severely cut back which completely changed the look of our ceremony site and now we needed an arch! She was so easy to communicate with and she was so helpful and friendly. I told her I wanted a circle arch which are a little harder to come by. I was looking forward to renting from this company after speaking with Erin on the phone, whom seemed very pleasant. I informed her that my venue would require stairs and she assured me there would be no trouble. However, when she and another worker came to drop off the tables, she was grunting and complaining the entire time. Saying that I didn't inform her. She made loud remarks like "I can't believe this", "ugh", "you've got to be kidding me". She complained so much that I told her I would carry the table myself--to which she denied. They finished setting up and the tables were pretty, but extremely flimsy. They pretty much just slapped everything together. If someone put weight on a certain part of the table, it would lean with them. To avoid having to deal with her horrific attitude again, me and my friends broke down the tables ourselves after our event and left the parts by the front door for her to simply pickup and leave. For the money I paid for their services, I would've expected better quality + a better attitude. Amazing event rentals! Our wedding was to take place in Hawaii, but COVID-19 changed all of our plans. We decided to still get married on our original intended date. Putting everything together ourselves with little time to plan for a backyard wedding at home was stressful, but Farm & Field Events made it so worth it. The rentals were beautiful and worked out perfectly for our Wedding and reception. Very friendly and professional staff, they handled everything from set up to take down of the furniture, we had to change venue locations and they were able to accommodate the change with little notice. I recently rented farm tables and a lounge set for my friend's baby shower and we couldn't have been happier. This was the second time we have rented from them. Erin was easy to work with and very flexible with all of my changes to my order.
