From gorgeous fresh flowers, baked goods, plants, and tons of produce. If I lived here, I would definitely add this to my rotation to stock up on groceries and treats. Also seems like a good stop to pick up a snack and enjoy with a book in the park. Loved it!

A bit wayyyyy too many apples for it so early in the season tbh. Some saving graces is the apple cider taste like a bite into a fresh apple. Def find a vendor and try out . The veggies were a bit sad. Not too many vendors selling greens and the selection was nonexistent. The other side was lined with tents selling like pasta, protein, premade, packed goods. Again with little variety and like maybe 1 vendor per good or like 2 at max. Maybe my standards are high since I've gone to many farmers markets in California but it's very much not a market were you can go and buy all the ingredients for the week. It's a lot more buy and snack for a light snack vibes. Disappointing for how hyped it was online.

*edited to fix a minor spelling mistake…read more The Dickinson Square Park Farmers market is a hidden gem. There are a variety of vendors, ranging from honey to local beer. The vendors are friendly and everything I have tried has been delicious. A few of my favorite vendors are: -Potato Homestead, a local farm from Woodbine, NJ. The owner is very warm and welcoming and everything I have bought from there has been delicious and fresh. Their strawberries from here taste like candy. If the Dickinson Square market is not a convenient location, they can be found all over the tristate area every week. -Fruitwood Farms, a local farm from Monroeville, NJ. The produce here is amazing. They had the cutest little cabbages. -Crocus Eatery, a vegan bakery. Their whoopie pies are yummy and the no bake cookies are some of the best I've ever had. If you are unsure of what to order, the owner is friendly and very helpful. Things to know: -market hours are every Sunday from 10AM to 1PM -market is closed in July 4th -bring some reusable bags -most stalls take credit card -it can get very busy, best times are right when the market open or about 30 mins before the market closes

So there. I'm giving three stars simply because right now there are just three vendors. A decent variety of vegetables (as well as other items like honey) are being sold but much more is needed, including eggs, meats, dairy, a baker or two. The people I bought my carrots from were very nice and talked of plans to get some more vendors there. It's open 10-2 on Sundays in the SE corner of the park. It's a nice setting for a market and something that the area needs. I hope it will expand soon.

Small but mighty!…read more This cute little farmers market nestled in Haddon Heights is a great Sunday visit that's certainly worth your time. It has many of the traditional fresh fruit and veggie selections you'd see at a typical market, but there are a couple standouts that should put this market in your rotation: 1. Surprisingly a lot of local liquor options. Between beer and spirits, this market features 3-4 different alcohol vendors all with unique flavor and styles. 2. O.K. Charley's Craft BBQ - I'm going to be honest.. this is arguably the best bbq in the area. Their brisket is melt in your mouth tender and juicy with a perfect pepper bark that really gives that texture and depth of flavor good BBQ is supposed to have. This is absolutely worth the trip alone 3. Central location - this market is close to a bunch of small locals spots that I enjoy. Troubled Brewing coffee is only steps away, you can get something hearty from Local Links or walk down the street for some ice cream. You can really turn this farmers market visit into a full afternoon adventure if you choose too! Lastly, there is a small little car show that always happens the same day just on the edge of the market. If you enjoy looking at fun cars, you can pop into the car show while eating Empanadas from Lola's at the market for a perfect Sunday market experience
