I was in the drive thru for roughly 20 minutes. I sat at the order spot for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come take my order. I even called out saying hello and asking for someone to take my order with no response. I drove up and waited behind the two cars still in front of me. When I got to the window I told them what happened. They told me I needed to drive around and try to order again. Are you kidding me? When I got in line it was roughly 7 cars ahead of me. Who knows how many were behind me at this point and the manager tells me to drive around again. They need to work on their customer service and fix their equipment. I popped in today because I was on that side of town and had a free cheeseburger offer on my phone. The girl was very pleasant, took my digital coupon, and did not try to sell me extras, just nicely asked if I wanted anything else and I got a drink. The burger was terrific. I came here last night, Friday, June 5th at 11:08 p.m. For reference in case management decides to look at the worksheets to know who I'm referencing. Immediately upon pulling up at the drive-through when asked to place my order, I politely said give me a second and immediately she had a very rude disposition. As I question her about the cost of the natural avocado cheeseburger combo because on the outside menu the pricing is there only for the burger instead of giving me the price insisted that the price was next to the burger for the combo which is not true in regards to the Natural bacon Avocado Burger. Every question I asked she was short and abrupt. I told her that the price was not there and read everything on that section and she said yes it is we have the same menu inside so it's right next to the picture Which it is not. I mention to her again that there is no price there and again she was very rude and argumentative l. She said things like it's there you're just not looking but it is not there. After going back and forth she eventually gave me the combo price which was $11 and some change which is nowhere on the menu in the Drive-Thru. Now there are combo pricings for some of the other burgers but not this one. After continuously being rude and unprofessional I had already decided I wasn't place in our business order there but the straw that broke the camel's back is upo. Pulling out I told her that I thought she was being unprofessional and she said that's fine you don't have to eat here. I couldn't imagine the quality of this food being any good with that kind of service. I like farmer boys but I will never patronize this location again and based off the reviews the management has no desire to improve the service. Btw, I was picking up lunch for several graveyard shift workers as a surprise. In resolution I drove about 2 miles down Ramona expressway to the new one next to the 215 and the service was amazing. I was greeted with a great attitude and felt like my money was valued here. I highly recommend going to the other location next to the 215 freeway which is only about 2 miles away on the same street. I received no Italian, only ranch dressing which I can't eat because I'm lactose intolerant.
