Alway enjoy the food after church on Sunday this time the food actually had some presentation to it actually was sitting on the plate nicely. 4 stars because it a good place to eat family friendly and mostly clean. I only do 5 stars if I had an outstanding experience. Sept. 30, 2018 we had a bad experience today when my order was brought to the table(1 of 3) the eggs were hard I ordered over easy we asked if the could get the correct order. Well the lady was very irritated and on the edge of being disrespectful. My wife and I looked at each other and couldn't understand her mood change. Almost like she took it personal she has been working her for a while and never had a problem. She is a taller lady and the only ont today with out a name tag. She took the plate away and we waited. About 4 minutes later she returned with only my order still nothing for my wife and granddaughter another 2 minute she came with the other 2 orders just dropped off the plate grabbed the number and left with out asking if there was a thing we needed. VERY RIDE! Very unhappy with this experience. I think we will seek another place for our after church breakfast for a while so this is the reason I went down to 2 stars now. When somewhere in the future when we return if the service is respectful I'll upgrade the rating. read more

June 19 at 8:40 pm my mother, sister, one-year-old daughter and I drove through the drive-through at Farmer Boys in Perris on Ramona Express Way, as we pull up in the line we were met by an employee who stated they were closed. We saw a handwritten sign on the ordering speaker which stated they closed at 9:00 pm that night. We explained that we had time because we made it in time to order. The employee stated she would ask her manager if we can stay in line. She never returned. Three other cars pulled behind us. We stayed in line for thirty minutes, when it was our time to order the cashier rudely opened the window and we asked if we can place our order she said No. She saw me recording the incident and she stated because I saw recording she was not going to serve us. She was very angry and hostile towards us. She also said that her boss told her close early due to scheduled maintenance and that they were short-staffed. She slammed the window and scared my daughter. I was very upset with her behavior. She served a white vehicle behind me!! I reached out to corporate after the incident and no one from corporate has reached out to me. read more

This place has a relatively good burger, not dry, pretty decent size, great flavor. Only thing they need to work on is their zucchini sticks, they are way to long and cut too thick that the batter they use barely covers the zucchini. My tip is to make them fry shaped and sized and freeze them after covering in batter so when it's time to fry the batter doesn't come off. An added plus is their ranch is AMAZING! read more

Me and my husband decided to go to FB. We got the Farmer Burger combo. Our meal came and my husband said, with? This isn't worth 24.00. Look how many fries I got. I said, look at mine, I had to pay extra for 4 onion rings. I think if you only give 4, it should be the same as fries, since you don't give very many. His fries were barely warm. The burger itself was good, but not worth 24. I've been to other FB's and everything was great, just wont be going back to this one. read more

I have always been a Farmer Boys fan, the only thing I do not enjoy is the price. All the locations are generally very uniform, this one is a bit different since it is one of the first ones that opened. This location is generally pretty clean, the wait staff could pick up the slack a bit though and hustle to get the tables cleaned. I got the Natural Burger with Avocado & Bacon, of course it was delicious though the bun to meat ratio is a bit disappointing. If you want a good burger this is the place, at least for this area anyways. Perris doesn't really have much to offer in the way of good cuisine, trust me I use to live here I know. read more

Restaurant looked old and my other concern was that my friend brought his laptop in because he's had his car broken into here before. The Order: Cashier didn't understand me and I didn't understand her. I just prayed that my order was accurate. Price is decent, no different than a Denny's. But wait, I was in a FF restaurant. So, I guess price is high for FF place. The Food: -Clam Chowder: Watery, missing the thickness. Taste like chicken. -Fish and Chips: Admit that the portions are huge. But the fillets were greasy. I felt like I was eating one big tater tot. -Fries: Dry My biggest issue is that they forgot my order. My friend got his food and I got my chowder. My main meal came out 15 minutes after. I only got my food when the Manager noticed I wasn't eating anything. I took a peek at the cooks and It looks like they just started cooking my food. A cross between Denny's and a fast-food restaurant, but not in a good way. You order at the counter, take a number, and the food is delivered in real (if cheap molded plastic) dishes. Service was as prompt as expected, but my biscuit with gravy fell flat, literally. It was as thick as a pancake, and I realized why it hadn't risen when I got all the baking powder in one mouthful. The hash browns were grilled fresh, and the gravy was adequate. The chicken-fried-chicken breakfast bowl was chicken tenders cut into smaller pieces after cooking with gravy on top, and the fried zucchini was a whole one cut into quarters lengthwise and very lightly breaded with bland batter, leaving the whole thing tasteless. Note: the volume level in the restaurant, even mid-morning, was quite high. The sign also said they had free WiFi, except from 11am to 2:30pm. read more

I like Farmer Boys (FB) especially breakfast. The meal plan is great for quick easy to cook food. Most recently the Ramona Express and Perris Blvd restaurant was the place I used the most. Here's my observation: how can a single employee be expected to handle the cash register, gather the order condiments, pour the coffee, and handle walk in traffic as well. This morning I had the triple header: missing items in my condiment bag, asked for a tortilla instead of toast and got nothing, finally got coffee grind in my coffee. Also I don't understand why the parking lot and outside area is always dirty. Trash overflowing tells me business is good but not all things are being tented too. The FB locations on Perris and Iris and Alessandro and Meridian Expressway use to be good places, I guess I'll try them again. read more
