I walked in, waited 3 minutes and was called to a desk. Gave them my paper work and said, I'm here for the IDP. I also informed the agent that I needed to get a photo taken. The whole process took about 20 minutes, I thought they were going to mail the IDP to me, but I walked out with it. It's nothing fancy, just a booklet (yeah paper) with some information, stamps and your photo glued to it. While the agent was very nice in helping, didn't like how they tried to upsell me in getting a membership there. I mean, I get it, it's part of their job and they have to do it, but I just came for IDP, don't need the pre-sale information. In all, $20 for IDP, $12 for the photo - with taxes, etc. $32.72. Plenty of parking, inside looked nice.

Big problem for an insurance agent. Accuracy is imperative. Mishandled our policy with multiple errors, then tried to blame it on someone else. Obnoxious and rude to me on the phone on one of the very few occasions (and last) time I called the office- instead tried to upsell me on more insurance. Inherited us as clients from Dan Jilek- who sadly passed too soon. Fahoome apparently feels he doesn't have to build or maintain relationships with customers of 25+ years that were HANDED to him- ZERO EFFORT- and we are THRILLED to be rid of him and his constantly changing office staff. Can't keep customers or employees. Do yourself a favor, get out before you have a claim- from those who reached out to me with a claim, it's an even bigger nightmare to deal with him. They tended to refer me to the corporate office which I wasn't too pleased with. Though I understand that the nat'l hotline handles claims, I would prefer they look into my case on my behalf. Because really, that's the only time you need your agent, right? ..is when someone doesn't look where they are going and bumps into the driver side of your car WHILE you are parked. The only time the agents here were very friendly was when they were signing me up for their insurance (of course). In general, as a local chapter, I wish they were a little bit more "on top of things" and responsive to their clients. It just seemed like when an accident actually happens, they don't have a lot of answers or responses to questions. I think this office is fully capable of improving on this.
