What a difference a Jon Meier makes. I honestly couldn't sing his praises enough and I'd like to tell you why... On top of the list for me is the personal touch - I don't call the Farmers Insurance 800 number and it doesn't call me. Jon is my first line of defence for insurance and is ready to play offence when needed. I really appreciate that it's actually him answering my questions and calling me back. It was a nice change of pace considering what I had previously dealt with. So, I had just been dropped by AAA without knowing - I got a letter in the mail stating it had been cancelled 2 weeks prior because they could not verify my husband's UK licence. The funny part there, was that I told them he was never licensed there, and we were calling because he had just gotten his California state licence. The guy who signed me up never called to let me know, we were both just driving around uninsured for 2 weeks without knowledge. Fantastic eh? I am so grateful I met Jon who was honest about the coverage I needed and after showing him previous policies he was able to show me where I had been overpaying for completely unnecessary levels of coverage for an older vehicle. Because of this, my bill is actually lower than it had been with other leading agencies - AAA and Allstate. Benjamin and John are wonderful farmers agents every time I have a question about my policy I can call them they are 100% accurate and honest and whenever I call them they return my phone calls. Their office is clean Benjamin is very professional John has been in the business for quite some time and he has an answer for everything. I think the truth and the knowledge goes great in this business and they are TOP in the district thanks to Benjamin who has always helped me during the process or getting new insurance.
