When finished, he handed them to us without a comment and not inverting them as we typically would expect from Dairy Queen. This may appear trivial but it has been the trademark Blizzard presentation at Dairy Queen for years. It was nice to see the manager on duty, hopefully she can observe first-hand that employee customer serve training is needed. We like Dairy Queen and are hoping this franchise continues to be open and thrives unlike nearby the Diboll that closed recently. The Lufkin location certainly has had a rocky past year but hopefully management will intercede to ensure continued improvements are made. For instance, half the dining room has been blocked off for months and the old tile floor has been removed. Most of the customers seem to be using the drive-thru and they are very likely oblivious to the state of the interior. Overall, the blizzards were acceptable and I took a star off because of the poor customer service and the condition of the restaurant.
