The body shop is a bit of a drive from where I live but totally worth it! If you are not very close to New Sharon, ME but are tired of being lied to and ripped off by untrustworthy, dishonest and bad mechanics...do yourself a favor, call Pete, make an appointment and notice your wallet grow and your mechanic visits decrease. I bought a used car a little over a year ago and needed the brake pads changed. I went to the local "chain/corporation" guy and while the mechanic from this "chain/corporation" shop was working on my car he found out the body was in very bad shape. He told me he couldn't do anything with my car and he didn't do ANYTHING! but he DID charge me a ridiculous labor fee. So now I'm driving around trying to find someone who can not only fix my brakes but also repair the body of my car. I had been to a few different places to get quotes, some were very expensive and others just didn't want to bother with it. They usually told me I should just buy a new one. I told Pete my story and how I was ready to give in and even though I really love my car was ready to buy another and get into debt with a dealership. I dropped the car off at Winslow's, he had it all fixed up and working beautifully in a reasonable amount of time at a very affordable price! I honestly couldn't believe it! I have been to him now a few times for tires and an oil change and continue to absolutely feel lucky to have found this great place.

All you need is your car, insurance card, and contact information. What if my insurance company wants me to go to another shop? You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. They may tell you they wont cover the work, but we have stood behind our repairs since 1985. Estimates may vary - why? Differences in collision repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work.
