Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. They lost my bed along with some specialty tools and box of wrench set. How does some one loose a Bed? It shows the incompetence and lack of respect for the clients items. There is no customer service. When I tried to file a claim they provide you a different company number and then they have you wait a few months followed by "sorry we are no longer going to help you " is the result for my attempt to follow the system. Now it's been almost 10 months and I can't' even get in contact with any one. The phone goes to voice mail or it automatically hangs up on you.
