She snapped at me and sarcastically went over their available units like she thought I was an idiot. Their rates for a 10x20 non-climate controlled space were over $100 a month, so even if the price hadn't been outside of my range, I would never consider giving this place my business. This rodent infested storage company will not monetarily assist with removing my furniture to obtain photos, nor have they offered to move my belongings out and address their obvious rodent infestation. Instead, storage management provides a copy of your contract that purports to absolve them from any responsibility in this matter. The facility would not contact our neighbor to ask or do anything for us. Then when we told manager we would be moving out he said we could give two weeks notice and receive refund for remaining two weeks of the month. Then when we did move out a couple of weeks later he said we had to give 30 days and there would be no refund. Beware at this place!!
