But me, I love that I can easily park in their structure for free 2 hours, and that I can enjoy some of the amazing eateries there and even shop at trader Joe's after. The office itself is great. Dr. Torossian and the entire team are amazing! They are prompt, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, everything you could possibly want in a medical staff. The office is clean, a large selection of frames, and did I mention how amazing Dr. Torossian is!? Definately an office and a team that i'd recommend.

I've scheduled 3 appointments since August and all 3 were canceled the day before due to the optometrist being "sick". Then when they reschedule you the appointments are always a month away. It's a shame when all you're trying to get is an eye exam. It's now October and I still haven't been seen. I called yesterday to see when the next appointment is and of course, it's not another available appointment until November 23rd! I selected this place because I'm a student and live on campus, but please do not waste your time at this establishment. Appointment times are impossible and staff are rude and disingenuous.

While I…read moreinitially felt that some of my questions may have caused some frustration to the lady helping me with my costs/insurance benefits (didn't get her name), Van stepped in and completely turned the experience around. His customer service is top-notch, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was genuinely kind and patient throughout the process. Dr. Alina was also wonderful! She was very thorough with my eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It's obvious that the team truly cares about their patients and doesn't rush through appointments. Overall, I had a great experience and felt well taken care of. This is the only place that's been able to get my prescription right but the men who do exams here…read moredon't seem to realize that no one wants to choose frames with dye and dilation drops in their eyes. Last time I asked the guy if I could choose my frames before and he said no - there will be plenty of time before the drops start working. As soon as we went into the room with the frames my eyes started feeling super uncomfortable and I wasn't able to see so I took my prescription and left. Came back for another exam - got a guy again and the exact same thing happened. Then he had the nerve to be annoyed when I told him I'll go somewhere else for frames. He kept asking if I was sure. I'm able to get two pairs of frames covered with my insurance and they commented on it when they checked me in. You aren't about to sell me frames that I have to keep for a year and rush me into choosing them in 5 minutes. The exams here are great but I refuse to be rushed into choosing a frame. My eyes respond to dilation very fast and I have no desire to choose frames in that condition. From now on I've decided to refuse frames from here altogether.

After double and triple checking my data and notes, the head doctor, Dr. Lisa Wahl came and double checked if everything was correct, and it was. The specialist with the Prada glasses, that helped me pick out glasses, was amazing. I was picky about the choices and kept walking back and forth in the office, so she went to the back and pulled out the "right one". I am so happy with this clinic. Very clean and organized. Well I did not know that.... My daughter needed to learn.. Well they work with our schedule for two weeks to really show her how to apply them correctly and this was amazing!! Them always with a smile and never rushed her or made her feel uncomfortable in any way. The optometrist is great! Well spoken and teaches you as he does test and helps you with your needs. Oh man!
