Social distancing, and face masks, are a must. The employees here are super nice, but the manager needs to hire more staff. You have lines of customers waiting to pay, you have customers that need assistance with needing to use the computer/fax machines, and you have others that need assistance on the floor. Too many lines and not enough employees. The store is clean, and pretty much organized. I was in the neighborhood, so I stopped here. Besides that, I met not visit again. read more

I went in about 3:30 PM on Thursday May 8th to buy a three ring binder. The sign at the check out said go to the print desk to get rung up. There were three people there and no one could be bothered to help me. The guy at the register was on the phone with a customer, as soon as he finished with the call, he gathered up his candy bag and Tupperware container and walked off. Just left me standing there, no apologies, nothing. No "Can I help you?" Just walked off like I was invisible. The lady at the printer ignored me too. Finally I had to BANG on the counter a couple of times to get her attention. Turns out she had AirPods in and was oblivious to anything around her. She seemed annoyed that she had to ring me up. And no apologies from her either. OffoceDepot: Please hire better employees. Word of advice to potential customers- Do not use this store, use Target, Walmart or Amazon. read more

I know it is New Years Day, but to have only a few customers and no one acknowledge a customer was a bit disconcerting. Granted there was a young man stationed at the shipping section of the store. I spent about 10 minutes trying to locate what I was looking for in the store. There was a young man in the back of the store, he did acknowledge me or ask if I needed any assistance. I almost left, but tried one more section to see if the store had what I needed. Finally, found what I wanted and was going towards the shipping station to check out. Finally, an employee acknowledged me. I told him he was the first and only employee to acknowledge me. He apologized and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him no, I had finally located the item myself. I was disappointed in the non existent customer service. I know it was a holiday and maybe they didn't want to be at work. But, when you only have 2 customers, come on at least ask the customer looking lost if they need any help. read more

I am a teacher and needed bingo sheets printed out and I found out it was going to take 2 days! I kept calling and they were so insensitive about the fact that I needed it. I cancelled it and went to the library and printed it there. They don't care- they have an oh well attitude! I complained and they give me a little coupon for a dollar. The other reviews are correct. This place is terrible. I'm not from town and stoped by for a few things. Signs everywhere for buy 2 get one free bubble wrap and when I informed the cashier he didn't even make an effort to go look. Terrible customer service. Ended up leaving with just one but yikes. Awful. Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I stopped by to pick up some prints. Upon entering, I asked where the pickup station was. An employee sitting down eating chips pointed in a general direction. Keep in mind I've never been here before. When asking for clarification, the employee (with a mouth full of chips) raised his voice and pointed to the station. I mean, I get these people probably aren't making a whole lot but c'mon. Probably the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Hopefully this place goes under. Never again. read more

I called about a gaming headset that would take all of 2 seconds to look up & instead i was put on hold for 20 mins and when i addressed it to the "Manager" who had a stank attitude .. i was told "okay??" so if you have the time i would consider spending your money at another location! they have a 2 star rating for a reason .. disgusting read more

Do not go here! I moved my business from Sc to Norcross and I have used Office depots all over multiple states and this place is the WORST as a business owner you need a print department that is on your side and these people are not! Wow! So rude so unhelpful and I have a store purchasing card I buy thousands a month in print from Office Depot, I am now going to staples and I bought my own laser printer to stop using OD all together... if you are a business owner go somewhere else, they will be so rude to you, take your valuable money elsewhere read more

Horrible experience. As usual. Service is awful. Slower than ever. People are rude. Talking to the guy and he doesn't even stop to talk to me. He is bending over outing things in place in the middle of my communicating with him. Made me just stop until he was done. Then he was chatting it up with his buddy looking at his phone rather than seeing if I had the answers I needed to help me conclude my purchase. This is what happens when you pay as little as possible for employees. You get the worst of the crop. Last time I purchased printer, i was told it was color. Got home and it wasn't. Waited at register for someone no one to help me check out. Guy at copy area saw me standing there did nothing. I avoid this place like the plague. Encourage you to do the same. read more

I had a fax come to this particular store and the manager Jon told me he was going to charge for a cover page and that whatever is transmitted that's what you pay for... wow what type of customer service is this??? I told him i don't want the cover page i only needed the one page document and he stated it was still transmitted so you will pay for it. I have done over $1500 with the restaurant i manage at this location but i will never be back because of Mr.Jon wanting to charge me for a cover page. Once i ask for the district manager number he stated he would but charge me for the cover sheet and said he didn't have a district manager number but he can give me his store manager number read more

Very friendly and somewhat helpful staff!! On 5/20 I had to return an item and had a gentleman named Rob assist me with the return. He stated that he was new and got a message on the register that he'd never seen. He called over a female manager who should not be in a managerial position. She told him that he must have breezed thru his training manual because he should have known how to finish the transaction...she just kept on berating him in front of me and anyone within earshot! NEWS FLASH miss manager.. It's obvious that you didn't read your training manual. Any GOOD manager knows that you don't berate your employees like that. If there's an issue how bout taking that person off to the side or behind closed doors! I found her actions deplorable. He was embarrassed I'm guessing by his red face and I was embarrassed for him. What a horrible experience. Needed to print some very important papers for work. They only had one guy working back there and he had no clue what he was doing. My PDFs didn't open properly in their version of acrobat, he took care of people who came later out of order, finally printed the PDFs and they were low res and unusable. 45 minutes after I first got here, I walk out the door with no documents. I'll have to print in B&W on the hotel printer. Thanks for nothing Office Depot. read more

Worst customer service ever. If you need something to print urgently, go somewhere else. Staples or Fedex. The people that works in this store has no sense of urgency. Both Associate and Manager at the printing department should not be working here. read more
