Wow! What an impressive magic show! If you are into slight of hand magic and in an intimate setting, this is it. Highly recommended. In addition to being a magic show, Farrell mixes in comedy, which our group really enjoyed.

This show was seriously entertaining and funny! Ferrell Dillion's magic is amazing and his humor is great. Love his use of multiple audience members on stage. His pug is also adorable and his wife assists him on stage. One of the best shows I have attended in Las Vegas, and approriate for the entire family. After the show he is extremely personable, and you can take photos with him, his assistant and pug. He also signs posters personally to you which he gives you. The staff at the Magic Attic are also extremely friendly. A must see shoe while you are in Las Vegas. Thanks for great show!

I was lucky enough to catch Farrell Dillon's magic show opening week on 11/05 at the Bally's Magic Attic! Glad we were able to go before he blows up and sells out! We got to sit front row center and were laughing the whole time. His comedic timing and banter with the audience was spot on and I was super impressed with his magic. There are so many magic shows in Vegas, and I feel he definitely can hold up with the best of them - without all the glitz and glamour. His set and props were simple... so you could focus on his slight of hand and comedy without getting distracted from smoke and mirrors. A great show for all ages! He kept kids and adults laughing. Highly recommend!

Great show for the whole family!! New show without many reviews. Don't let that deter you. Small theater there with no bad seats. Clean show and the kids loved it. Farrell does a good job engaging the audience. Both my daughter and myself were selected to go on stage. Highly recommended for kids. Update on the next day.... Just saw Nathan Burton. Ok show, but Farrell's is so much better.

Farrell Dillon's Magic Act at Bally's provides great entertainment for audiences of all ages. This is the new standard for bringing our guests with kids today see a first class act. The kids were wide-eyed with wonder and adults laughed until their sides hurt from the endless combination of comedy and magic. Farrell is a new face in town, but not new to performaing so please help support his act by attending or spreading the word. You know how we Vegas! *Video photography is not allowed. I took photos on my IPhone with a "Live" view and when they uploaded to the video editing, they were 1-3 sec videos. :/

Went to see Farrell Dillion's comedy magic show 01/22/24 right before my wife and I had to fly back home. Was an amazing show. I was watching Farrell like a hawk since we had front row seats. His magic and entire show was two thumbs up. Don't make eye contact or you may be pulled on stage like I was. Farrell and his wife Amanda have great stage presence.

This is a lovely show, family oriented, funny and full of cool magic tricks. Venue is small so you'll probably have a good view from any seat.

No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop wondering how he was doing any of it. Mat Franco is probably best known for winning Season 9 of America's Got Talent and now performs his residency, Magic Reinvented Nightly, at The LINQ in Las Vegas. I don't want to say too much because part of the fun is experiencing it for yourself. What I loved most was how much he interacted with the audience. It didn't feel like he was just performing at the crowd. He involved people throughout the show and made the entire room feel part of the experience. Every time I thought I had something figured out, another trick would happen and completely change my mind. Seeing magic on TV is one thing, but seeing it happen right in front of you is mind-blowing. If you've ever been curious about magic or wanted to see a Vegas show that's different from the typical concerts and productions, I would definitely recommend this one. I left amazed and still thinking about some of the tricks afterward.

It became so intolerable that my hubby mentioned our discomfort to one of the ushers. She kindly sat us closer to the stage on a nice cushioned bench. I couldn't believe that they made such nice accommodations for us! Mat Franco is very engaging and very family oriented. We enjoyed his magic show, which is family friendly. You could hear the kids let out oooohs and aaaahs throughout the show. We highly recommend this very entertaining show.

As MOH, I planned the party and spent a lottt of time going through reviews on Yelp and Reddit bc there was a lot of pressure to find the best option and decide for the group. Many reviews of the bigger shows said the performers had been doing it for so long that they looked like they were just going through the motions.. that the acts were unimpressive.. that the theater was so big you could only see the tricks on a screen, or that it was overpriced. After all my research, I'm SO glad I decided on Frederic -- the bride said this magic show was her favorite part of the trip!! (and we went to Tao dayclub the day before lol) :) I love that it was in a small, intimate theater, so that you were up close no matter where you sat. And there was SO much audience interaction -- our bride even caught a frisbee and got to go on stage -- which was fun and helped make it even more special for her. The mentalism was such a cool departure from traditional physical magic tricks -- we all loved it and had many *gasp* moments. We even got to meet Frederic after, and he performed more mentalism up close, which was cool. HIGHLY recommend this show!! (Also, it was $30/ticket, which is a price you cannot beat in Vegas)

One of my favorites was with the cards at our seats. I'm fairly certain I did everything of my own volition in my seat all the way back towards the exit so I was as shocked as everybody around me when the trick worked. I wasn't sure what to make of Shin Lim's way of speaking but his delivery was perfect for his sense of humor. Shin navigates each situation with self-deprecating and effortless retorts without sounding rehearsed. One of my favorite comments was a quiet "that's why we're here" when a participant back turned to the audience after asking if what she was doing was for the trick. The show is located in Palazzo, a short walk if one accidentally shuttles to the Venetian, but it would be better if you just go straight to the Palazzo. A fantastic show with fantastic sleight of hand. Would watch again!

Before the show someone from the back comes out and picks certain people who will be called on during the show. For Stuart McLeod, a very funny guy but a definitely scripted performance with the audience members he picks on. A staff member came out and talked to two people sitting behind us and we listened very closely as they were told that they would be chosen, the question they are going to be asked and what their response should be. Stuart throws two frisbees out to the audience and it's supposed to be random however, two kids were picked. One boy caught the frisbee and Stuart asked him to give it to the girl behind him which he did. Then Stuart asked her to pick a number between 25 and 100 and told her NOT to pick 67 but of course she did which went along with the number writing skit he did. Obviously it was not random but staged for the trick to work. Shin Lim, WOW!!! He had practiced long and hard to perfect his craft and he is amazing. Many tricks are easy to figure out as you can see how it comes to fruition. Tables are used through his act and most have a hidden area for him to grab things from underneath. Even though you can see his sleight of hand preparing to make the illusion happen, he is an amazing magician. Some tricks will leave you stunned and the audience members he picks I did not see them being prepped before the show so I believe they were unknown and saw the magic close up. Shin Lim is an amazing magician as I said and it's no wonder why he won AGT twice, FISM and is now in Vegas. He is a Vegas show worth going to and more than once, just a very cool experience. His wife is a part of the show, she does magic tricks as well which shows how talented she is as well as a trapeze ring act. She was really good and I only wish she would have been performed a little longer. Shin Lim had Mackenzie Sol who was in the top 24 of American Idol come out and sign some during his magic acts, Magic to Music. Mackenzie is a very good singer and it gelled well with the show. I would go see the show again as it was very entertaining. It started on time unlike most other Vegas shows and was an amazing 90 minute show worth seeing. I highly recommend this show. Yes you can figure out some of the magic being done if you watch closely, but the amount of prep and practice that Shin Lim has had to endure to perfect his craft, he is worth supporting. A very entertaining show! Go see Shin Lim and support him, he is one of the best shows I've seen recently.

These two are past their 70's and instead of retiring, they continue to entertain audiences with their comedy magic routine. They've been doing this show at the Rio for 25 years now and have been magicians for 50 years. It's quite a legacy. A majority of the acts require a long set up of Penn explaining things and doing a bit of comedy. Almost every single act involves some sort of audience participation which is pretty cool. What Penn says is that they are magicians who don't do illusions so their whole value proposition is generally old school, classic magic involving a deck of cards. Their act is absolutely superb and will leave you guessing how they even pull off their magic. The only thing I found really odd is that they had asked for specifically a child participant for one of their acts but as the show went on, a bunch of the language used was definitely not family friendly. Overall, if you love magic shows, I would say that this duo is a must see.

The Cadillac and the UFO are big, solid illusions and not nearly as obvious as the classic "disappear on stage" routine. In this case, the magician vanishes, then slowly shuffles along the second-level seating wall like a 70-year-old man heading for a walker, climbs into a box, and magically "reappears." The problem is timing. The walk takes so long you could go to Excalibur, order a venti latte, and still be back before he pops out on the box. The hairpiece deserves its own mention. The color is so unnatural it's distracting. You spend half the time wondering who thought that shade was a good idea. The show itself feels lifeless. Add to that the constant surveillance by ushers and security making sure nobody even thinks about touching their phone, and the whole experience starts to feel less like a theater and more like Alcatraz back when it was still a prison. I always thought "Criss Angel at the Luxor" was the worst show I'd ever seen in Las Vegas. Turns out he now has real competition. At this point, you can choose between Copperfield, Criss Angel, or Frank Marino and waste your money in three different ways if you wish... (Marino made the money from the Make a Wish fundation disappear.. thats more magic then copperfield delivered) By the end, the only real question left is whether this is about money or ego. Sometimes it's better to stop while you're still on a high. Again, two of the tricks are big and impressive. Everything else is a tired collection of illusions I've seen dozens of times, wrapped in a cheesy alien storyline that goes nowhere. The theater itself is old and outdated, classic "Las Vegas seating." At least there's no pushy cocktail service knocking over your knees with overpriced drinks. Still, for a Sunday night, roughly 150 people in the house didn't help the mood at all. Save your money. Vegas has enough bad shows already.

My husband and I were seated next to the stage (stage left) and unfortunately could see how many of the tricks were done because of how close our seats were to the performance. (Ex: one of the fabric backdrops has a secret opening that up close, is visibly more dirty than the rest of the backdrop.)
