I'm an avid Mind Body app user, so I was able to register for a drop-in class for Saturday at 9:30am with Jen. I felt really welcomed in the lovely studio. Jen helped get my friend and I setup for the class. She proactively set up mats with towels by the door and explained expectations for the class. Based on the class description, I thought the class was going to be a regular vinyasa class. Jen explained that the class was like a hot yoga/vinyasa fusion, which I enjoyed a lot. When I first started my yoga practice, I was doing a lot of Bikram so I totally saw the elements of Bikram interweaved in the flow. I liked the vinyasa flow elements as well, which is my own personal preference these days. I got a great sweat and walked out feeling cleansed and grounded.

I took a power yoga class and was a little nervous Intel. I showed up and realized every class is welcoming of all levels. The studio was incredibly clean, including the yoga mat that I borrowed. If you forget your mat, they are available to rent. Props like yoga blocks, yoga, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available at no charge. During BSY YTT, you'll learn all facets of yoga: history, philosophy, anatomy, spiritualism, meditation, hatha and vinyasa flows, theming classes, the chakra system, trauma in-formed yoga, prenatal yoga and nutrition. BSY's program sets their students up for success and to feel prepared to teach at graduation. Lead teachers Kiana and Sean are extremely knowledgeable on all things yoga and have been teaching yoga for many years. The staff there is friendly, and they create a wonderful sense of community. I'll continue to attend that studio as much as possible because of the positive experience there. The instructors are always friendly and happy to see you. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The other yogis are friendly and the vibe here is just good. I think the thing on everyone's mind is how they're handling COVID protocols, though. I joined in the middle of COVID and discovered you had to reserve classes, which is new. The app makes it easy to do so, though. Classes fill up fast, but if you have a Black Tag membership you can book up to two weeks in advance. Showers are closed which makes for a tough morning if you're a before-work-worker-outer like myself, but hopefully those regulations change soon (and they are state-wide, not exclusive to this location). CorePower HR is a win for me! Good class availability (I NEED my 5:45 AM classes), good instructors, and good members.

When I went they were very far away in the valley and you could only see them driving by but not from a trail.

After going back and forth and me begging to play after driving an hour and a half to be on time to a 6:15 tee time, they agreed to let us play. On our way out of the proShop we were tough talked and told we would be removed from the course if we held up pace of play and golf etiquette(I shot even par don't talk to me about etiquette) We of course had a blast when we were out there so well done to the greens keeper! After the round we sat and had some food and a lemonade. I watched one of the staff come and publicly dress down a group for playing behind pace. The pace got screwed up at the beginning of the day as we were waiting on every shot first thing in the morning. If you are going to run an executive course- you designed it for beginners. That is why I was there with my kid and many others were with their kid. I would understand if I were at BearDance and beginners were out there and holding up pace of play but not at the links in HR. I obviously won't be back even though my dad and I played the course when I was growing up. Golf is a generational game you guys could try embracing that instead of turning folks off from the game. Lastly, fix the way you advertise your rates. They charged me $180 for myself, my kid and a cart. Website and golf now say otherwise. Very disappointing experience especially since my son and I have played on much nicer courses and have been treated MUCH better.

I was able to see most of them, however due to my schedule I give special thanks to Sandy & Aimee B who really built up my strength & balance respectively. This club is always clean and inviting. The classes incorporate the reformer as well as springboards, chairs, weights and the dreaded "magic circle". There are classes that incorporate TRX as well. It is always fun, different and adaptable for your individual ability. read more

As a regular gym and studio junkie that loves a good group workout, Barre3 had all the elements I was looking for- strength, cardio, core, and jamming good tunes. First- let's talk location. You know that old cliché that location is everything? Well this holds true here! The newest studio is located just off I-25/Belleview, near the new Belleview Station development. For me, this makes coming to class extra convenient. I work downtown and live in the DTC- so I frequent the Belleview station park-n-ride. Boy is this convenient! It's literally on my way to and from work. Love it! Parking has not been an issue for me. I usually park on-street, but if that gets too busy (it might, with all these cool businesses opening), there's covered parking that's free. Good to have options! Okay, the studio. It's BE-U-TI-FUL! So clean, so bright, so welcoming! I'm in love with the simple color scheme and wooden floors in the studio. It is very inviting and energizing. Lockers are available for use that include a key, or you can also tuck your shoes in a cubby and hang coats on a hanger. The bathrooms are nice- they have some amenities like feminine products, hair ties, dry shampoo (YES! A must for me before work), and deodorant spray. Class workouts will be FUN- they definitely challenge you, but it'll ALL be worth it. I will say the big take-away is most movement have layers of modification- so you can crank it up if things are too easy, or you can notch it down if you're feeling stress and pain anywhere. I haven't met an instructor I don't like yet- all of the ladies are super welcoming, friendly, and willing to listen to individual needs- like injuries or conditions. Finally, the overall pricing packages make this a spot I will look forward to frequenting. I get it- the market is a bit saturated with fitness options, various special gyms, and group classes. Barre3 provides you with ALL your props (ball, mat, resistance band, weights), towel service, and a flexible schedule with classes from early evening to late after work-hours. Definitely worth your time to check this spot out! Get your sweat and shakes on!

This DTC location is appears to be an addition to their current operation (their Lowery location might be their first one; I might be wrong though). They have a very welcoming atmosphere. Once inside, the reception area is quite roomy. You will immediately remove your shoes there so you can line them up against the window alongside Newport street. Lockers are available for class attendees. Store merchandise are placed mostly in the center of the welcoming area. The actual yoga studio is spacious. Very clean where you absolutely feel safe and comfortable. But most of all, relaxed. Yoga blocks and dumbbells (and other equipment) are in the little room to the right of it if you are facing upfront where the instructor is. If you forget a hand towel, no worries; they have plenty of them upfront for the attendees (free of charge). After your class, they give you a small rolled cold towel so you can refresh yourself; they are like "oshibori" given at a Japanese restaurant upon sitting at your table at the start of your meal (LOL)! Very considerate gesture indeed. I am still a beginner in yoga. Each time I attend a yoga class, I still get intimidated by the idea of it at the beginning but the instructor last night was one of the most helpful and supportive of not just mine but everyone's ability and limitations. I felt at ease as I could simply be myself with what I could do and couldn't do. And the candlelight without any fixed lightings created the most beautiful moment and atmosphere. That mean little snot of a manager accused me of not paying after my monthly membership ran out but I still had credits left. I had to explain it to her in detail on multiple separate occasions and I could tell she didn't believe me. She actually argued with me once about it and I was so taken aback by her entitled attitude. I avoided her classes at all costs because she's SO mean and judgmental -- the opposite of why people go to yoga. She's critical of everyone around her and constantly makes passive aggressive comments that ruin the mood. She's the reason I ultimately cancelled my membership. Her bad vibes stank up the studio. Randomly MONTHS later I got a charge for $167 on my credit card for a "monthly membership" when that's not even the current rate per the website. Every time I called to have it fixed they played dumb, so I had to call the bank to have it reversed. That snot of a manager committed fraud because she's too dumb to do basic math and read the fine print! Don't go to this studio unless you like mean girls and getting charged for fraudulent transactions.

Yelling at students "F that shit up" and "Let that shit go" can't be apart of the training she received to be an instructor. I am still very shocked that this is acceptable behavior. Judging by looking around the room, others felt the same way. It was terrible-is this what yoga has turn into??

There's no more efficient use of 45 minutes than a Fierce45 workout! It's Pilates on steroids…read morefolks. "Pilates" because the machines you work on are similar to the reformer (transformer, magaformer, whatever), yet are Fierce45's own design... and "steroids" because if you think for a minute that you're getting out of class without dripping in sweat and maybe shaking a little - well, you're wrong! What makes Fierce45 an amazing experience though is the instruction. Each instructor brings her own flair to the class, and the cues provided during class enhance the experience immensely, and squeeze just a little more out of each muscle group during each exercise. I'm totally addicted!
